Late Night Carbonara

It was late and I was hungry - so I made carbonara!
It's a pretty simple pasta, with only a few ingredients. You can use pancetta or thick bacon, but it's definitely best with guanciale.
Ingredients
8 oz spaghetti
2.5 oz pecorino
1.5 oz parmesan
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
6 oz guanciale in strips
2 Tbsp guanciale fat (rendered from cooking)
1/2 Tbsp fresh ground black pepper
Salt to taste

Nice video, try to shoot in a deeper shallow of field, not in F/1.2 or so. Food photography or videography has its great advantages in crips images. It's harder to achieve it with great lighting but it is worth it in the long run, because you get more attention.
