Before you watch this video pleas note...THIS IS NOT A TUTORIAL VIDEO! These are scooter tricks that I think every beginner should do well before trying to move on to intermediate level tricks like briflip, triple tailwhip, kickless, etc. These tricks are bunnyhop, tailwhip, barspin, 360, stall / grind flat ledge, feeble stall quarter pipe, boardslide flat rail, indy grab (or any other scooter grab. As long as you are reaching down to your scooter deck), 180 quarter pipe and 270 a hip. There are TONS of other scooter tricks for beginners, but I think these are the main ones riders should for sure have down. If i cant do these tricks yet should i practice them on a standard scooter then buy a pro/custom scooter ?
Great question. The Scooter you get doesn’t really matter. I don’t recommend getting something completely custom right off the bat though. I usually tell people to start small and work their way up when it comes to the Scooter. It just makes it easier on them usually.

I told my friend who has never scooted that I could teach him a trick. I taught him how to bunny hop but I told him that it was called a flair. Then he went up to some guy and told him he could flair. He did a bunny hop then shouted over to me "look look I can flair" I feel kind of bad but it was very funny

Pauly M feeble stalls took me REALLY long to learn because i had trouble jumping back into the quarter. Just practice jumping out of the quarter not landing on the rail then try to land on the rail in a feeble

I have a razor but can 360, tail whip, bar spin, feeble, and hop up ledges then get straight into a manual then hop off. Tomorrow I am getting an MGP. Thanks to all my friends that helped me in my beginner progression for not hating on me.

Easiest trick to me is the "stair stall to 180 turn" or whatever it's called.
I did it at a friends house a few days ago, where I jumped my scooter onto a stair, got it hooked into the stair with the back wheel off free, and I hopped off, doing a 180 spin to get myself going forward again. Still learning the rotation, but I can send a clip.
I landed it a couple times, and its my first trick so far.

I can Tailwhip, its the first Trick I have learned... 180 was the next and than manuel. Now I try to learn Barspin... but wow thats a hard trick for me... 360 is the next one. I do everything flat because I don´t can go to the Skatepark every day :3

Don’t Eat palm oil tailwhip is like u put ur pushing foot up and whip the tail around with ur foot that stays on the deck and while the whip u can just draw a circle with ur bar in the air so that tail comes smoother and a lil‘ faster back to ur feet and yeah that‘s it keep trainin‘ 🤙🏼
