Thanks for the info about scs being stronger for those that break parts-I hadnt realized that. My son keeps snapping bars at the slit and its getting ridiculous so now I'm thinking of just getting him an scs complete to see if we can hang on to some bars for more than 6 months.

Omg thank you! I've been battling my son's envy after getting him a new headset and I was so dam lost on why it wouldnt go back together right! Lol I'm such a idiot haha I was using the new ring the headset came with instead of the one that fits it and I couldn't figure out why the shim was dropping down into the neck! Ugh I tried everything! Well lookslike I'll be taking it apart tomarow for the 3rd time to finnaly get it right! Thanks again I was so pissed haha

@@DCW121 I cut my 6 Yr old's steel MGP bars down following advice from a scooter dad. As a commercial pipefitter I had no problem working with steel tubing. I even had an inside/outside reamer. I never thought I'd find myself needing these skills for my kids!

Fr33 Boys no, HIC has an oversized diameter, but IHC, SCS, ICS, and Mini HIC are smaller in diameter

Funny thing is, HIC is the way to go if you want the lightest setup. The aztek circa is the lightest fork and its HIC. Pair that with titanium bars and a light double clamp and your chillin
