I mean everything released by Death Row between '91 and '96 was no less than TRIPLE platinum......and that's on the AT LEAST! Those guys were breaking records. I remember Snoop Doggystyle set a record for the first week sales, a record that was only broken by Eminem in 2001. Doggystyle sold 5 million albums in '93. Death Row was that big!!! In fact, the entire G-Funk sound set the standard for the 90s. Even Big's hits like Big Poppa had that G-Funk sound to it and not typical East Coast sound!
Now to move on the jealousy issue, it was actually the East Coast that was jealous! Remember Tim Dog's "Fuck Compton", "Bronx Nigga".....dissing NWA because they were making news and selling more than everybody else! Even Big had Dogg Pound shot at in New York because of that jealousy!
Got respect for this man. He seems like A good, solid person; I Could listen to him talk about this stuff for hours.
Man you need to drop some more of Delray interview and stop starving us Art

Now this dude kept it real all the way thru!
I hear no lies in this interview Tupac is definitely the biggest influence in a game
One love facts
This dude keeps it all the way funky
The East Coast / West Coast War didnt start with 2pac, It all started with Tim Dog.
Facts!
It started before Tim dog.It started with 3rd Bass and MC Hammer back in 1989/1990. Facts!

way beyond 3rd base and mc hammers weak wack beef. Now put that in yo hip hop pipe and smoke it.

"So whats you gonna do about that Hammer?!That's where the Eaat Coast/West Coast, beer stated.SMOKE THAT!!
What about Mc hammer and ice vs LL cool j that was also one of the early beefs between the two coasts
@@soulfood8748 Yes I remember those rap beefs. LL & Ice wasn't east vs west.

Baptized in eternal fire... hmmm really think about what he’s saying here.. guaranteed if Pac could live his life with choices he would not even be a rapper..
GRAND MASTER FLASH & THE FURIOUS 5 -"The MESSAGE" ! as well as The SUGAR HILL GANG are The Ones that Hip-Hop took off with.
Great interview
Y’all won’t admit it but Tupac’s loyalty to Suge got him murdered
the sad part is Pac was thinking Suge bailed him out and that was the reason he was loyal to him but Suge actually didn't bail him out smh
that's the title....
Suge put a battery in Pac's back.
I can admit it! Wholeheartedly! 💯
@@kaylacardinal3053 can't blame Suge for everything but he did play a part.

Love You Tupac. You Live on forever. Proud to be a fan when you were alive. a child at that. You taught me so much Game through your music. I'm blessed and God blessed us with You. hope to meet you on the other side. may God be with your spirit. also wanna thank Afeni Shakur for bringing you into this world. Rest In Peace Afeni. I miss you both. Huge inspiration in my life and to the generations to come. blessings ❤️
Tupac really kept his enemies closer. Which explains why he was with Suge Knight most of the time, what a toxic influence.
Huh? Pac wasn't a child though. If you are going to do that then we can blame him for being a bad influence on Suge too.
Pac was just bad as suge
@@tlig where did she call Pac a child or put all blame on one person? yall weirdos be so ready to argue in UA-cam comments 😂😂
@@JaeRocReacts She called Suge a toxic influence. That makes it seem like Pac looked up to him and he influenced Pac in return; my point is Pac was old enough to not be influenced by another man.
@@tlig Suge was a toxic influence to everyone he’s ever known. before & after Tupac. which is why she said what she said. it aint that hard to comprehend

Before anything shout and respect to Art of Dialogue, great job with your material, hats off to you. Secondly, up until I saw these vids with Scorpio I had no clue Pac was cool with them and especially Mel. I just think it's amazing how over the years we discover about the many different friendships and relationships Pac had with so many different ppl.
What's next? Suddenly we find out Pac was mad coo with Julio Iglesias lol 😂 I love it though! Pac is the goat
It's over one is dead the other is doing life damn there. We all make choices, Not all will be the right ones.
I'm so sick of people talking bad about how 2pac made multiple wrong decisions. He was living his best life. So stop with the negative comments and focus on living your best life.
He say Pac died showing loyalty to Suge Knight but then he say joining death row wasn't Tupac downfall. Damn isn't that dumb
Joining Death Row wasn't downfall. 2pac trying to be a gangster and an artist was his downfall. If he had just stuck to the music. He'd more than likely be alive today.
All because of Suge Knight, he brought violence to Death Row and made it a fearful company, surrounded himself with wannabe gangbanger thugs you didn't wanna be around with, and he dragged 2Pac into his B.S.; Suge Knight is the reason 2Pac got killed!
@@d-staxworldwidestax7112 Are you serious? You are blaming SK for Pac action's when Pac was the 1 getting at Biggie on a level worse than SK ever said about Puff. Pac is the reason he is dead & no one else. Where is this thing called accountability for our actions.
Way to put things in perspective fam 💯🎯

LOL. Everybody didnt love Pac.
Yall stupid. he was shot multiple times. Stop lying bro.
All Rappers wasnt feeling Pac. WHy people got to lie. He was loved, but we need honesty.
That's cowardice on Marley Marl's end you obviously had something you wanted to say to Pac he should've got it off his chest when he was still here instead of taking shots after he passed. That makes pacs legend even bigger if you ask me. So you really did fear this person.
@Art of Dialogue
You need to get some Eazy E stories on here now 4 real
Doesn’t get enough recognition 💯
Facts, you hit it on the head. Everybody's not Dr Dre, and that's the real downfall of Death Row. It's always about the Music.
Everything this guy said is true! 💯
Thanks brother
Ask this dude about how they were rocking blouses, curls, and leggings in the early 80s. 😂😂😂
It was a mix of glam rock rap punk dress it was coming out of the 70s we the only race that does our artists to the point we can't see our talents
Aaaaaaaaaaaa I see alot of people dissing this guy buy out of everyone who ever spoke about 2pac and biggie this guy is the only one ain't choose sides in this video. He really spoke from the heart and I can tell. Most of u still choose sides and he just spoke his truth. He been around them
Thank you brother!

Much respect to Scorpio tell like it is..
I agree & disagree.. he got involved in the situation to show his loyalty to the clique' but he got killed because they was lacking... You can't make no move like they did & go party like nothing happened' they was supposed to be on guard & they played it like dude wasn't no threat

Puff snatched Tupac entire style with Versace. Gianni Versace literally fainted when he was asked to outfit Biggie. It’s all about Versace you copied my style - 5 shots didn’t drop me I took it and smiled. Biggie rocked like an ole skool jazz musician. It was dope. RIP. DeathRow wasn’t jealous. Pac was mad bc they stole his song and his style.
I do know what you mean. I appreciate that you keep checking in with me on that.
Biggie was great but his greatest wasn't in the same arena as Pac's greatest. Pac was a worldwide icon. Still is, to this day. Ain't none these bloggers asking for Biggie stories all the time.

Quick one - It's now 26 years since he passed. We still talk about him in ways other than his music, his influence and social understanding. Does that now officially make him a prophet!? 🙏 RIP 🐐
Think it's time to realise he got k*lled because as harsh as it sounds it was just his time to physically go. But clearly the legacy he left behind makes him immortal and live on forever. 🙏🏿
