This video is incredible. I have had this exact thought process in my head, a year before I'd graduate with my bachelor's. Before I move to a city im not thrilled about for a clinical rotation I am not thrilled about. And I would go further in debt! Luckily I have amazing friends who are willing to let me explore my options and bounce mack into something I truly enjoy. Nice work.

Operations/Facilities management is my field and I can say - at least in Chicago - that I jobs all the time that only require a diploma and experience. These are good-paying jobs.

Hummm…
TBH… that is good to help “clear the vision”. But I know and see often in times to get better position like that, a graduate degree and in many cases a master is highly desired.. it says on the job application.
A candidate that has these two will always be over you in a heart beat.
I mean one can find the job to apply that may accept lower qualifications ILO of proven years experience but to get it ? That is hard part.
I am no dreamer here, just saying…
