This is genuinely so good! I think this cover is the closest to the album that I’ve ever heard. You nailed geezers sound, if I heard this without knowing it was you I would legit think it was actually him playing. Bravo mate.
Nice nice,im learning this by ear and you've got it man. Struggling with the solo part because the frickin studio mix is like wayyy overpowering your ears when you listen to it,its like 2 basses mixed in playing together and 2 guitars. Luckily i've found a video here : Geezer Butler Bass Solo/Line Compilation [Fanmade] ( I suppose that's how you learnt it to ;) ). Keep up the sabbath covers :).
You really dig in on the strings but you don’t hear any clank of the frets when you play when i play like this you hear a very loud clank any tips on how to Get les of a clank from the frets
These strings does not a very clear sound, the middle is not so huge and I reduce the treble in eq about 20%. The bass tone is circa 70-80%. And then, I've got this sound and it remember me the first GZR tone on albums.
Great and very accurate i would like to play it the way you do it but i cant find anything close to the real song can you help? A book name? A link? I learned it the wrong way. Close but not close enough. I am bummed 😪
These pickups give the bass more punch and definition, the tone remais aprox the same tone as I use new strings and they are passive circuits, with the same notes sustain.
A corda mais fina do baixo lembra mt a mizona do violão kkkkkk nossa é grave ein o negócio ksksk se a mizona já é grave imagine essa corda grossona primeira do baixo kkkkkkk
I love the way you attack the string when playing each note, sounds awesome!
Thank you bro!
You defintiely got that Geezer Butler percussive growl down

I never really realized how busy the bass line was until I started learning to play it. Such a great bassist. You nailed it - great job - subbed
Thank you buddy, Geezer bass lines are more percussive than other lines and rich of details. A great school for all bassist.

What strings you using?
DR Black Beauties 0.45
Where did you get that sticker on your pickguard
Ebay, I didn't find the same product but you can search for 'black sabbath angel henry sticker' or something else
@M D we don't know but the first apparition was "Aug 26, 1975
El Paso County Coliseum
with Brownsville Station"
Buen cover.
Imagina o sizão B do baixo 5 cordas...
Nice cover man
