  • This is a very simple chickpea hummus recipe we are loving. All organic, dairy free, oil free, gluten free, soy free, refined sugar free and just tastarama.
    Made with fresh squeezed lemon juice.
    Enjoy!!
    Store refrigerated.
    Ingredients:
    15 oz soaked and sprouted, rinsed, and cooked chickpeas (or use 15 oz can of chickpeas - we always go for fresh)
    1/4 C tahini
    1/4 C filtered water
    3 Tbs fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1 tsp fresh minced garlic
    1 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp cumin
    Blend all of the above in a food processor for 4-5 minutes until smooth! Stop mid way and scrape down the sides.
    Yummy.
