Your flax sandwich bread! I could go on and on with requests for vids hehe I always stocked up on your food❤
Miss your presence in Portland! Was the best place for good food 🎉
@@heidiseppala6086 we miss it too ALOT 🫶🏼
@@heidiseppala6086 and thank you 🙏🏼
Would love vids on your chocolate Chip cookies with oatmeal and i think coconut butter you used to sell in bags ! Also have thought several times of your strawberry shortcake cashew pudding with Irish moss in it and wondered how you accomplished the crumbles ! And your millet burger ! Please show us how to make that gem !!!
@@heidiseppala6086 we are slowly but surely working on sharing the goods. we’ve started offering digital courses available on our website that are more in depth and pixie retreat specific (www.pixieretreat.com) and for sure still dream of putting a cookbook out! we find ourselves always evolving into the next medium of health and recipes. really appreciate your support xoxox

Is it soft or crunchy from inside, looks delicious btw❤
@@naziaaziz6524 it is soft on the inside and very delicious indeed and easy to make! it’s been on repeat over here.
I'm obsessed with both of you... I listen to "c u Thurs" on my walks every am
@@michellenikolais1881 thank you for that!! we’ll be back this week on that note 😁 super appreciative that you listen. so much to discuss, and yet I feel like we haven’t even begin to touch the surface ❣️❣️❣️
so great! Thank you
thank you for doing this, helps me alot
@@teewurst123123 of course, you are so welcome. it is one of the most valuable tools I have in my toolbox and will explain in more detail. it’s all very personal 🙏🏼
Ok! Just got the Kale with Mac Nut recipe course 😮🎉🎉🎉 😅 I am in tears … I ate probably almost 4 of these salads during my pregnancy in Portland and have been dreaming about it every since 😅❤ so happy
@@corinnemorrill-zv3ji thank you for being such a bright light and so supportive 🫶🏼 had a wonderful trip to Portland and felt so seen and welcomed. eager to get back to sharing info!! we are still obsessed with this salad, literally nearly twenty years later. the marinade will last for months and months in your refrigerator and the Mac cheez, at least a couple (it’s never gone bad put it that way). we just always moved through it pretty quick 😁
That's a great idea to place the risotto on top of a salad. I'm curious, do you let the risotto cool a little before doing that?
@@alidapc no 😁 I guess you could, but it was really nice kind of warmed. especially with a spinach / arugula blend. will share the liver rescue salad also that we have been seriously indulging in 🫶🏼
My favourite ladies ❤
Literally in tears so effing happy 😂❤🎉
@@corinnemorrill-zv3ji genuinely happy that you are happy too ❣️

I really love pasta but never try vegan pasta yet. I think I would seriously love it. I like zucchini so much ❤😋❤ Just subscribed. I'll be back to your channel.😁
@@feastfortwo thank you!! it’s yummy and surprisingly filling. we have another spaghetti dish on this page as well using real pasta 🍝 😁 our focus is on using the best (healing) ingredients, meanwhile seeking satisfaction 🙏🏼 thank you for following!
Does the riced cauliflower tend to fall out of the roll much? As traditionally it's made with sticky rice.
@@alidapc it actually does 😁 especially when cutting. it’s very crunchy too haha. going to make it again with millet next, and add in some avocado and sprouts.
Looks good. Thanks for the recipe. BTW, recently I made the potato flatbread with oat flour, smoked paprika, & tricolored potatoes from a local farmer, as that's what I had at home & it turned out fine. I'll definitely make it again, especially in the cooler months. Definitely looks like focaccia but is much healthier & very filling.
it’s always a little mystery, these flour combinations (using a few of our go to’s in some fashion): oat, chickpea, cassava, arrow root, ground flax + water, potato starch, baking powder, baking soda…and more will be revealed 😄 this pasta rendition is very tasty with the added 3/4 tsp sea salt (no salt if cleansing)
Thank you for beautiful recipe love, love.
Lovely 😋
So now I know what burdock root looks like. Normally I make veggie broth with scraps but you gave us great ideas of what to do with the veggies you use to make this broth. This was very interesting. I'm assuming you also freeze some of that broth because that's a massive quantity of broth, or do you sip on it throughout the day?
both! but mostly use it in other healing recipes, which will be sharing 🫶🏼
you can totally freeze also and pull out as needed, but we tend to move through it
Wow awesome recipe. In the instructions you say preheat oven to 400 degrees C, I'm assuming it's a typo & you meant F.
@@alidapc oh gosh yes thank you! It’s a great recipe. I’ll correct this. We’ve been making it back to back.

Will y'all be offering the lil'chub recipe? I was NOT an oatmeal cookie person, and after that I was converted. Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and banana nice cream is where it's at.
@@peasloveandjoy7970 omggg that sounds so good right now!! we are currently offering up pixie recipes in digital courses on our website ❣️
@@pixieretreat oh yes, I have been eating macadamia cheez directly out of the jar (thank you for offering that course specifically because that salad and THAT cheez 😋). My daughter does not eat kale but THIS is the only exception. I would just like to say, both of you are such an inspiration and breath of fresh air. I enjoy the recipes and topics discussed, and I appreciate that you share your personal experiences, in conjunction with the wisdom you each bring to the table. Maybe the next course that’s unveiled can be the lil’ chub or fermentation station (the spicy and dill krauts)?
@@peasloveandjoy7970 thank you 🫶🏼🫶🏼 we just made some macadamia nut cheez and it is so yummy! appreciate your words. curious where this journey is taking us. the next course about to land is the millet bowls with the spicy kraut. will share just the sauerkraut course as well soon!! hope you are doing great

My favourite ❤❤
The tomatoes look like little jewels, I can’t wait to try this. I makes my eyes happy!
They are! I said diced but I meant sliced 😁 xoxoxo
I use coconut water instead of filtered water but that’s just because I have the dirty blood syndrome and I’m a seriously dehydrated bish 🤍
Oh my favourite topic ❤❤❤
Yum!! If you’ve ever tried kala namak (Indian black salt), it adds a very eggy/sulphuric flavor to food too! But even without that this looks so good!
@@SunitaMarie it’s been a long time! thank you for the reminder Sunita 🫶🏼 tbh, this is a liver rescue healing recipe (no fat) so don’t expect some greasy stick to your bones quiche. your recommendation is good though thank you very much!
