Definitely becoming one of my favorite BBQ channels. Love the work Arnie!
That looks delicious!!! I just found your channel a few days ago and have been binge watching 😆 Thank you so much for the tutorials. For someone like me, who knows almost nothing of grilling/smoking, you've been incredibly helpful 😁
Now that's a tasty looking burger my brother!!!
I love avocado, bacon, cheese and a fried egg on top. I always ask for an egg when I go out.
Minus the avocado you are absolutely right!
Thanks for explaining benefits of regular flipping. I usually add my seasoning and cut up onions and peppers WITHIN the patties.
Onions with in... beautiful
Especially if u grate them. I do and it's wonderful
The " old school guys always told me to only flip once and never season until your ready to flip. Yours looks 👌
I love mine with caramelized onion. I have been cooking them in a cast iron pan on the grill. You made an amazing burger! 🙌🏼
Wow that burger looked delicious. I built my burger pretty much the same except for the chili, I use Hatch chili I’m about an hour from Hatch NM so all of our supermarkets around here carry it. 👍🏼😋
Shout Out From South Texas #Amazing Burger :) Puro Texas Style #Come on
I love your presentation. Great job.
Those burgers 🍔 look amazing. I’ve got to show my husband your videos, he does all the BBQ’ing but he usually burns the heck out of everything 🥴🥴🥴
My husband and I just found your channel. We LOVE your content! Thank you so much for everything you do!!
I cooked these last night for Thursday night football that jalapeño ufff y really set it off
Love your channel. Three days ago i made your fajitas their were amazing !!! Im gonna try this one
First time hearing the flipity flip method lol i was always told only flip once!that burger looks so good!
Good stuff Arnie. I love mustard with heavy pepper on mine! And yes sir, gotta have that melted cheese!
Great burger Arnie congratulations 🎈🎉🍾🎊 and thanks for all of those tips god bless you and your families
Burger looks good Arnie. I like to use sliced mushrooms with sliced serrano peppers wrapped in foil with a light butter for some of my toppings.
Arnie u are an amazing cook brother keep up the good work‼️
Another great video! Your positive attitude is inspiring! Love your channel!
I love your passion for cooking and teaching. I’m gonna use this advice on my next hamburger cook.
I build my burgers opposite. I put the lettuce tomato and other toppings on the bottom and the burger on top. Seems to hold together for me better that way. Those Burgers looked amazing!!
Interesting 🤔 .... I must try this witchcraft...thank you
I do that too. I don't like anything cold touching my cheese.
@@AlEtteso nothing cold touching cheese ? Ima try it thanks 😊 🙏
Just ate dinner and this made me hungry! Thanks for sharing Arnie!
Great tips 👍🏾
Awesome burger
Thanks for the video
Thank you so much for the time you put to make these videos and sharing your amazing recipes. You rock Arnie!
That is a work of art hamburger sandwich. I appreciate your explanation on Flippity-Flip. Also, seasoning the tomatoes is a must that most people don't bother with.
What I would do different is to butter the bun before grilling it, I also brush the patty with butter near the end of grilling. You must have ran out of onions making those delicious fajitas. LOL
Arnie; Those are looking incredible. I like to put mustard on the buns, along with onions, pickles, and a thin sliced tomato. Pretty basic and traditional with the exception of also the jalapeño or a serrano at times. I like to use a burger ring to form my patty and will also stuff with cheddar jack cheese. Keep those videos coming as I really enjoy all the information. I made your Carne Guisada this morning and it turned out fantastic.
I like to mix mine with breakfast sausage, I usually get a leaner ground beef when I do it.
I'm not really a cheese person, but I will put bacon on my burger along with some BBQ sauce or some other drizzle I make up. I like to put a little extra seasoning on the burger just before I pull it off or on the tomatoes. Of course, I'm putting pickles on mine. I like onions too. That bun looks toasted.
That looks delicious, I don’t like pickles on my burger but I like everything else you put on there.
Your "flippity flip" method makes sense. I'm going to give it a try because I can't handle a dry burger. My husband and I enjoy all of your videos. Especially love your Mama's Mexican rice. 😋 😋 Thanks for sharing. 😊
Brother looks delicious 🤤 thanks for you video 👍
Looks delicious!!
Great video!! my fav topping fried onions and Jalapeños
All of our burgers are made out of moose. Moose is really lean. When we grind we always add about 15% fat in the mix. I like to keep a little tallow on hand to dab on them when I flip them. Thanks for the videos!!
Good eats thank you for your comment
@@ArnieTex Yes Sir! Thank you for all of the awesome content!
Arnie you’re making me hungry👍👍😎
I am new to your channel and I really enjoy your channel.
This is an awesome burger. I wish you continued success. God bless.
Thank you Arnie for your awesome teaching’s with cooking on the grill!
I like how you don’t skip the small things... like having the indirect heat on one side, and mentioning the temperatures to cook with.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I personally like my burgers 🍔 on the thicker side, with a pinkish-red center, and to be full of flavor, with seasonings as well as the smokiness from the grill. I like melted cheese, fresh crisp lettuce, onion and pickle, with some spice (a chipotle Mayo) and a little mustard.... on a grilled & toasted bun.
YUMMMMMMY!🤤👍🏼
PS) Is there any other place for us to get your “Wow Rub”? I hate to spend $8.95 for shipping, when the rub is $12.99. That’s 3/4 off the cost....🤔🤷🏼♀️
Hi Jennifer, thanks for your comment and for following my channel and the nice words. The APC rubs are available in several stores and markets in Texas, the Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, Eagle Pass, Carrizo Springs, San Antonio. We are still new in the business so we are growing in all directions but's thats where we are at this time. To order online you might try getting a couple of friends or family members to order too so you can split the cost of shipping or again juts order more for yourself so the shipping is divided between more than one shaker, hope that helps, thanks you
OMG that looks so good, you’re such a gooooood 👨🍳 cooooook👍🏼. The flippy flip makes so much sense..I like just the traditional burger, lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, ketchup and cheese(American is my favorite)onion sometimes!!🍔
So glad we came across your channel a few months ago.. we've already done the chicken and chicken fajitas and wow. Never tasted better. We will be trying this one today!!
Good looking burger, and can't go wrong how you built it. My favorite burger I just made while camping... was a pastrami burger on an onion roll; toasted bottom bun, slice of provolone cheese, charcoal grilled burger (my seasoning and doing the flippity-flip method), slice of provolone cheese, three slices of Boar's Head pastrami (warmed on the grill before assembly), about a teaspoon of yellow mustard, toasted top bun. Served with a jalapeno popper on the side. Everyone wants a bacon cheeseburger, but, I gotta tell you, try other meats as toppings, and you'll really enjoy this pastrami burger recipe. Additionally, prime rib and horseradish burger is also pretty good. Grill your burger, top with provolone and thinly sliced prime rib, liberally add horseradish to the top toasted kaiser bun, and dig in for strong flavors. If you want to go pro, add au jus on the side for dipping. Burgers are amazing with so many options. Cheers! Pete in Arizona.
Arnie, amazing Burger skill.
Good looking burger, charcoal barbecue can't be beat. Two things I like to do is add raw chopped onion into my chop meat when making the burger, and toasting the buns on the cool side of the grill.
I love making cowboy burgers with pepper jack cheese, open pit BBQ sauce and for seasoning: good ole lemon pepper , ooo weee I gotta go make me some 🏃🏽♂️ 💨
😂 love your emoji !! Lol
Thanks!
Maaan Tio Ernie...That burger is undeniable!!
Wow, those look great. I will have to try the more often flipping. I usually go 6 to 7 minutes per side and they are done and are still juicy.
Great point about flipping the meat. I used to listen to all those tips on the cooking shows and then realized you also need to flip so you don’t burn one side too much either.
Delicious!! I swear charcoal barbecue is the best barbecue
Hey buddy looks awesome
Otro nivel hermanó
Flipty flip! I like that
Flippty flip is my new favorite method. We like grilled mushrooms and onions and beef bacon
You deserve more subs arnie!
Slowly but surely they are growing, thank you
Perfect burger: mayo spread on buns, then grilled. Burger medium well, one slice of cheddar or pepper jack. Grilled onions, grilled jalapenos, tomatoes, lettuce and reg mayo or chipotle mayo for the spread
I've learned on my own the same thing! Flipping the patties every minute or two DOES actually make a juicier burger! I use a very hot spot first, then I move them to a cooler spot for the remaining time. You can also use slightly leaner beef this way too.
Do you still have your Hasty Bake? My first grill as an adult was a Weber. Loving your tutorials.
Better than 5 guys and cheaper too! Roasted Green chili, chipotle mayo pickles, cheese
I think it'll taste flipping good😊
What a wonderful way to live.
Mustard and jalepeno is a must. I agree with your wife , no bacon. Bacon belongs on Turkey or Chicken the best. Great looking burger amigo.
That's a Big Girl!!!!
Awesome Looking burger!!!
I'm with friend ,mustard all tha way,no ketchup.
Mr. Arnie we love your food ...so so delicious...we were wondering where do you buy your knife 🙏 we are from Weslaco, Texas...we love the way you go step by step explaining 🙏
Most of my knives are from restaurant supply stores here in McAllen, El Fogo on old 83 and Mission restaurant supply are my go to's. tnx
I added some cherry to the fire and it gave the burgers the most awesome smoke ring. Everyone thought I was a pro.
True
that is one beautiful Crabby Patty!
.
What does crabby mean lol?
OH MAN…what a BEAUTIFUL hamburger cooked just like I want one…charred on the outside and NO red meat on the inside…WOW!!!
Love your personality man, your super cool.
I do too Kareem, I saw him a few weeks ago and I’m hooked, he’s so friendly 😀
@@sarahinmyblessedkitchen5064 Yes he has such cool inviting demeanor
Wow Sarah, your beautiful!
@@kareemklass9107 aww your sweet, 🥰 ok I’ll send you a check in the mail for that super sweet compliment lol 😂

Well done
Mayo/ketchup as sauce
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Jalapeños
Cheddar cheese
Pickles on the side 😋
Mmmmmmmmm you got me hungry at work after I already ate Arnie!!🤘💪🌅
Saludos ArnieTx ✌🏼
The flipity flip makes a lot of sense, keeps that moisture in the burger , looks great !
Now that’s a burger, for an Aussie it needs beetroot, cheers brother
I like onions, tomatoes and lettuce with a shot of Louisiana hot sauce.
Everything on mine. Mayo, ketchup, pickles, onion, tomatoes, lettuce, mustard. And bacon of course. Any kind of cheese.
Pickle, onion, tomato, ketchup, cheese (American, Monterrey, or pepper jack)
Hatch green chili on mine.
Hey guys I don't know if it was cuz we were broke ? But my mom used oatmeal or crackers in the meat wile making hamburger patties.... maby to stretch the meat ?..... I will always do it like she did it's in my DNA 😊
Delicious...what was the name of the seasoning used for the burger?
Anita that is WOW, here is the link, www.pitmaster.us/
I like my burgers with everything you put on there except the jalapeno,I use green chili instead an onions too don't forget the onyo..
Exactly how you have it but instead of the jalapeño I put some hot oil
Hey from WI. I love this time of year when the stores have their grilling isles full, but somewhat discouraged because I don't know how to use a lot of the shiny new items they have. What is worth buying? Somethings look so large and heavy. Especially spatulas. What do you recommend for grilling burgers, chicken etc. You make it look so easy and mouth watering.
I'm. not a fancy cook, I use stuff from Walmart and Academy all the time. My main spatula comes from a restaurant supply, have owned it for 20 years and love it.
Finally someone who knows how to make a real hamburger patty. So tired of all the paper thin smash burger type burgers.
I love a classic cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and onion but my all time favorite is a big thick patty topped with pepper jack cheese, bacon, and a scoop of good homemade guacamole.
Edit: Can’t do pickles on my burgers. I’ll eat a pickle spear on the side but I think pickles on the burger just take over all the other flavors.
I like a good chili burger with chop onions !
gota have a little burnt burger. flipping is good to me.
Didn’t add a dimple to the center to minimize the puffing of the burger.
Mustard ketchup and pickles! Flippity flip!
Awesome, thanks for the tips that I never knew! SMH 🤦♂️ 👍👍
Cool 😎
What if any seasonings did you use on your patties before. Prior to using the WOW. Did you use plain ground beef with WOW when you started cooking.
I'm competition cook so I've used anything and everything on the shelves and just plain old salt n pepper sometimes, all good stuff, the key imo is good pure ground been not other stuff in it, just meat, jmo.
I’ve been looking for the OG seasoning I see in your background at H‑E‑B, WalMart, and Amazon. No luck. Can you tell me where I can find it? I’m a new subscriber thoroughly enjoying you videos.
Thank you, you can find my rubs at pitmaster.us click the tab above.
Grilled onions and med cook with cheddar cheese
grilled onion and mushrooms
Hey Arnie, what kind of bacon are you using? That looks mouthwatering! I’m going to give your hamburger recipe a shot and I’ll let you know how it went and how it taste. I know it’ll be good!
I use thick cut bacon from Sam's
@@ArnieTex thank you!
I would use a special sauce or french fries...
I like putting mustard and a little ketchup on the meat patty not on the veggies.
Put Flippty flip on a tee-shirt or apron
Hey Arnie, I live in Midland Tx where or how can get some WOW??
I ship there every week bud, here is the link, thank you, www.pitmaster.us/
177° seems high for burgers, then back on to melt the cheese!
