As a former licensed massage therapist, ALWAYS talk to your therapist about your desired pressure. We want to give you the best session possible.
Also, new sub here! I find your authenticity heartwarming. I too WISH I had content from my grandmother. There are so many things I wish I knew about her as I get older.
    Anywho…kudos to you!!! 🙏🏾

I have learned a lot from making youtube videos, and I have learned a lot from occasionally, going back and watching my old youtube videos. In fact, some of the least successful videos that i've done are some of the ones that I feel the best about and that i've learned the most from.
A personal growth is definitely a reason for you doing youtube. Legacy is definitely a reason for doing youtube.I'm glad that my kids will be able to find my videos in my original songs.

This is my favourite video I've seen of yours so far, Brooke! I realise I've only been subbed for a week, but as I think I mentioned on one of your other videos, I am about to start my own YT journey over the coming weeks. I've already got my cheap digital camcorder, desktop mic and tripod (which I'm going to open on Xmas Day, because I live alone and I'm on my own, so it's nice to unwrap something!). My new PC will be here by next week, so that means I can finally get a basic editing software as it will be 32GB Ram for one thing. I'm no techie, but considering my trusty (but dusty!) PC of 8 years that I'm using now, has only 4GB Ram? Yeahhh, you can see why I said I have to get a new one! 😏
Your video definitely resonated with me as I know it will many more people. Watching content like this from similar creators is REALLY helping to 'gee' me up and put away all my excuses/reasons why I can't do this. I do not like being on camera (even pics) AND hearing my voice, but I KNOW that I am not alone in feeling like that! Besides, I know that some people out there will like me for me and that's good enough reason right there 🤓

I totally agree. It's definitely and outlet that helps you unpack your feelings and get a sense of value. After abuse, you have to heal from insecurities. Thank you for sharing

I’ve been on UA-cam for over 16 years with another unsuccessful channel. I started this channel to raise my profile so that when potential employers Google me, there is name recognition.
I film outside a lot and it helps me to get out of the house. You’re also building up a small community of recurring viewers who will offer supportive comments too.
Not to mention seeing parts of the world you’d never see otherwise.

Massage is incredibly healthy for humans! Even though the therapist is a professional (stranger) there is even some benefits from the physical affection related. The spa where I get massages gave permission for me to still come in when I feel I'm coming down with an illness & it kicks me immediately back to health!

I just started and then paused the video to comment..... You're now over 1k subs?! WOOHOO!! Nice one, Brooke! 😆👌 SIDE NOTE: You were under 1k subs last week, weren't you? Or am I getting you mixed up with another female content creator that I just started following? 🤔
Ok, now back to your video..... *clicks*
