Photopea Tutorial - How to Selectively Pixelate any Image

In this video, i’m going to show you how to quickly and easily blur or pixelate a face in Photopea.
This is useful if you have photos that you want to put online, but you don’t have consent from one or more people to do so… or perhaps you just don’t want a specific person to be recognisable in the photo for other reasons.
