I hope coco been keeping you company while you get up and about again with lots of cuddles.
Driving any vehicle you're unfamiliar with is always disorienting. I occasionally need to drive a family members car and between how their seat and mirrors are positioned, and how different the car "feels" to different shifter locations and dash controls... May you get a better hand of cards dealt in relation to your health.
