Amazing teardown. Thanks for such detail video. I have 1 technical question related to this cable. This cable comes in different lengths. Can we buy a 5meter or 3 meter cable for our monitor to pc connection? I am told by someone that hdmi cables shouldn’t be longer than 3 meters. Is it true?
Id like to see more HDMI testing, its still so hard to find independent testing and a list of certified cables that actually perform to spec w/ HDMI is such a complex cable since its performs so many functions now. There's so many issues that ive run into in the last few years w/ 4k 100FPS+ support in combination w/ 8/10/12 bit HDR, & e-ARC support. Id like to see comparison to Zeskit's HDMI 2.1 cables & U Greens alleged 10K cable, and even those "fancy" but questionable Audioquest cables.
@@hellchemical Vention is not good, I have a Vention display port cable and its shielding is bad, when i stand up from my chair ,from the static that it creates, my monitor flashes. Doesn't happen with other cables.
Very in depth info. Amazing knowledge demonstration. Thanks
Very nice! I’ve seen recently more ugreen cables & I was wondering if they were any good. Good to know they are a great option!
Very clear and informative teardown, thanks!
@ChargerLAB could you please provide this cable part number to identify it in a variety of Ugreen cables?

You could at least plugged in to a TV or monitor for a minute to make sure it can give that advertised 120hz on 4k !!!
Exactly, most important part
dose hdmi 2.1 cable work with hdmi 2.1a port perfectly or you need new cable?
UGreen is the most popular brand in China, overall it is very durable, and great price-performance ratio.

Ugreen 2.1B HDMI has all of the world's features that exist.

What is the length of the HDMI 2.1 cable please? The cable seems short
1.5m (4' 11'').
Please do the same with their Displayport 1.4 8K Cable (DP114)
Can also review Anker cables as well, they are pretty costly
