- Despite the constantly changing weather, the Capri Club delivered a solid turnout.
A great bunch of Capris in attendance with a great variety making each car interesting to look at in their own right.
Thanks mate, 62 years old , had by first Mk II on an S plate. Modified it over 10 Years , had to sell it when I moved abroad. Love from Texas USA. Best car I ever had ! Happy to see young enthusiasts !
I was Gen 1 of Boy Racers in the 80's , we were clueless, no way of communicating and clubs were in the future. Today you have access to people and parts, would love a MkIII in the USA!
Those s. stripes . are awesome, always liked them on the Capri. No plastic, no flawless bragging, no what you paid for. Seeing them back in the day you knew you saw a muscle car. My god the money they are worth today,.. ( jesus )
brings back memories of my 1973 Mk 1 2.0. Love the way you shoot these events: low, panning, distance voices, noting cool features...

Well done! great club! V8 Capri ? That would be fun!! I was a kid in the 60’s, the Capri GT was hugely popular in the states, and remember seeing a lot of these through the 70’s. Great styling and simple! Easy to modify and enjoy!!👍

Love this Video JakeJG, is there a club or society I could join. I live in Texas as an expat, we had Mercury Capri's bassoon on MkIs over here but never the Cologne Capris or British spec as they wanted to protect the Mustang Marque here. As you know Mustangs in the 60's were cool them became heavy in the 70s and changed to the Fox type later (not really a Coupe) . Interested in UK and USA Capri Clubs ...want, no, need one.

I miss my old 1.6 chocolate coloured laser, I love the Capri, Cortina Mk3 GT and the saloon shape Sapphire Sierra RS Cosworth, not so much keen on the price to get one now though.
