Great video, thanks for sharing! You sure have your plasma dialed in, good edge quality. Brought back memories of making attachments for my buddies rogue equipment he would dream up.
Thanks for the feedback. The CNC has been a journey. So many hours spent tweaking and learning and failing and trying again. Still working on improving my compressed air setup to remove moisture! And yes, so much fun making custom gym equipment, it’s how I got started!
My table hasn’t looked that clean since I assembled it, even after routine cleaning, I stopped using wd40 too, it’s not a good lubricant or protector, I found a light oil spray to be much better. Ps, get your nesting dialed in a bit closer, you’re wasting a lot of material there by allowing too much space between parts.
Question about your limit switches, i put them on my cnc table, when i load a design it puts it in to the wrong cutting quadrant "top right, not bottom left, Any suggestions on how to move it to the proper cutting area?
Go into Fire control and reset it to factory default and then turn limit switches back on. Same thing happened to me. It’s listed on the FAQ trouble shooting section of the limit switch manual.

Looks like you're running divided. You should switch over to raw sooner than later. Welcome to the world of CNC!
