That is one heck of a room upgrade!! You got what could be a presidential suite! I guess it is lucky that they messed up the accommodations initially lol. I hope you can enjoy yourself in Dallas! I loooove fish and aquariums (I have 4 aquariums in my room) so I would love to see some footage from the Dallas aquarium if you get to go there.
You all look like you’re having a great time and building wonderful memories! That’s when it’s the best. And you all look dashing! And seriously, the BRIDE’S GOWN took my breath away!! So ethereal and beautiful. Best of luck on their new journey together! 💕
Thank you so much for the courage and strength. I will be travelling away from home (by plane) for the first time at the end of this month. I have not left my familiar surroundings for 18 months since my surgeries and like you say, we have to push ourselves and not let our illness stop us living our lives. So thank you for showing your strength and giving me encouragement to do the same 💞
Hi Jaquie, I just wanted to thank you for something: I’ve never had any kind of major allergic reaction before, just seasonal allergies that I take daily 12hr allergy meds for (itchy eyes, runny nose mostly), but I just did about an hour ago. Started off just coughing but it didn’t take long to progress to swelling, wheezing, and difficulty breathing, so after the initial “it’ll go away” and “why is this happening” I started to panic and really have trouble breathing, and I didn’t know what to do... but I remembered that you can usually abort your anaphylaxis with IV Benadryl, so I found some, took one, and within 15 minutes I was able to breathe normally again. If it weren’t for your videos I probably would have just hoped for it to go away and who knows what might have happened, so thank you! I hope you’re enjoying your trip 💕
That dress is fantastic. It is ok Judd lol. I know the struggle of having a hard time letting some things go, but I can tell you are trying so hard Jaque 🤗. Have a great time in Texas!
OMG the doggy tux is so cute! You look lovely at the wedding, and your friend's dress is gorgeous! I hope you had a great time. Traveling and weddings are so exhausting for me, too.
I didn't see if you were hooked up or not, but I have a great tip for feeding tubes and dresses! I use my sewing machine to make a button hole close to the seam on which ever side I want the tube to come out. If the thread matches the fabric well no one but you will notice the hole when you are not hooked up.
I always plan nothing for the first day after an airplane trip, so I can spend it in bed and then if I can do sightseeing it’s like a bonus! I’ve also never gotten an accessible room when I asked for one, but I’m glad you got upgraded for it!
I live in Oklahoma and Oklahoma and Texas are going through a weird cold snap on the weekends. But if you guys would have come during the week it would have been 80 degrees. LOL it's been a really odd spring and we had a very mild winter here.
I am a new viewer, and also have a chronic illness. Several, actually, but they are "invisible" and a couple of them (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) are doubted to be real. I just wanted to say a big "thank you" for working so hard on your videos. I have found some validation in watching them because I can see the difference in your face, voice and countenance between when you feel good and when you don't. I thought I was the only one that did that. Not sure why I thought that, but I did. Thank you so much!
I live 2 1/2 hours south of Dallas and Saturday was absolutely miserable! We had soccer games which we all froze at. We had winds from the north at 20 mph! Hope you enjoyed your weekend!
The look on Harlows face was priceless looking at Orion in the tux. Praying that you and Janiece will be able to go the aquarium. But if not I know you all will have fun being together. You all look gorgeous. And Harlow and Orion are adorable.
Whoops! I thought for sure that y'all where going to New York for the Shorty Awards! Chronically Jaquie and The Raw Life are AWESOME and y'all should have been the at the very least nominated! You two girls look ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!! PRAYING for safe travels, and a WONDERFUL time in Dallas! LOVE and PRAYERS from Gainesville Florida!
Wow!!! That suite is AMAZING! Fun fun fun!!!! Soaking in a tub of Epson salts can really help with the pain from the plane! Unfortunately, it doesn't look like the new room has a tub.
I can totally relate about the conflict we all have with chronic illness where we tell ourselves to listen to our bodies and at the same time don’t let out health hold us back.
I have pots and I am 13 years old so you inspired me to get my service dog that will soon be in training and I absolutely love her! She was one of the dogs from Puerto Rico that was abandoned during hurricane Irma. THANK YOU SO MUCH
It's just an uncommon cold week in Texas. But come summer my home town gets scorching hot. Laredo, TX has beat death for most consecutive time above 100F.
Meredith's dress and bouquet were gorgeous. You all looked great. I have mobility issues and neuropathy that has taken a toll on me even to walk a few feet but we just have to keep looking forward. It is a daily struggle for sure.
You look beautiful and Judd so handsome. I loved the pic of you and Janiece with the dogs and your friend. She looked so pretty in her gown. So glad you were able to all do this together. Traveling is atrocious on the body which sucks because I love traveling. I'm taking a big trip next month, hope I make it!
Glad y’all made it safely !! I’m about 8 hours below y’all in San Antonio! I was just telling my husband yesterday “how cool would it be for them to be coming to Texas” enjoy it while here!
Travelling is so hard - my POTS in particular flares with air travel - but so happy for you that you made it for your friend's wedding! You look so beautiful and I hope you had a lovely time :)
I’m from Dallas Texas, and trust me this weather is out of the norm. Texans are dumbfounded by this weather. Some days it’s cold some days it’s hot. It’s been CRAZY! Our spring is usually cut short by summer, but this year it being cut short by winter.
I am sooooooo happy you made it there and are having fun your body is allowing you to have...that room omg is humongous...now that’s a hotel room...lol...I tried not to cry (I was so happy that all of you were able to go away) but at the end for the pictures I did...all of you looked AMAZING and Meredith looked FABULOUS and BEAUTIFUL...congratulations to her and her new husband....sending love always from New York❤️💋
Ha. I live in that area, and I happen to be out of town this weekend. If you girls need to rest, Judd and Paul will LOVE the Perot. It might be too many people/germs for you because it’s hands on. The aquarium isn’t the best in Dallas.
When you're young, even though you have a chronic illness, there is still a strong desire to keep up. That said, with time and experience, many find it hard to keep up. Once experience exceeds your desire to keep up, it may happen, that you're decision making process, regarding travel, will diminish. Not to say life has to slow down, or that you can't continue your travels in the car/ plane, but consider, your health first! I know you want to do it for everyone else, and for yourself, but just consider, that you may need to put your health first!
How crazy! I'm in Dallas from Missouri this weekend. My dad, who I am staying with, lives just a few blocks from the longhorn statue! They went to the wrong barbecue. Pecan Lodge is where its at! Thats what I had today.
I think the relatively lower pressure when flying can trigger a POTS flare. Before I was diagnosed I only knew that flying aggravated my nausea and dizziness but didn't know why, but now that I know more what's going on with my body I notice that every time I fly I have tachycardia and heart palpitations the entire time. Good job on surviving your flight, even if it was hard :)
You look beautiful! All of you. Harlow was looking at Orion either like jealous or checking him out lol. I hope you were able to enjoy the wedding and are having a great rest of your vacation!
I struggle when to push myself and when I need to just listen to my body. It is difficult, but you know your body better than anybody else. Have a fun trip, enjoy the wedding, and I hope you get to visit the aquarium.
The preasure of the cabin in the airplane at cruize altitude is equal to the pressure at 10000 feet. The minimum pressure so you're able to breath which means that there is a lack of pressure compared to the earth' surface pressure. So less oxygen. Ig its normal that you were dizzy 😕
I never would’ve guessed Texas. I hope you’re able to enjoy some of the sights. And while I understand the whole make-up thing, I can’t remember the last time I wore any, although it was for a wedding and I ended up taking most of it off before leaving the house, you should wear it more often. You have a natural beauty, you and Janiece, both, but what little makeup you wore in the the blog really accentuated it.
Jaquie ~ Beautiful photos of all of you ! Sorry that traveling is hard on you. I'm chronically ill, and traveling is very hard on me too. I live in Iowa. Used to live in Florida. It's 31 degrees and snow showers all day. It was snowing last night as well. If this is what spring looks like...it's terrible. Its too cold for me. Makes me have more pain in all my joints. I can barely walk because it hurts so bad. I take pain medicine every day. I miss Florida. I wish I could live there again, but it's expensive. I can't afford to move there, and live there. My sons don't fully understand about me being chronically ill. No matter what I've told them about my health problems...they don't get it. My younger son likes to joke around sometimes. He makes fun of me being in pain. I tell him...just wait till you get older, and have different health issues. Then you might know how I feel. Sometimes it makes me sad the way my family is. My older son doesn't invite me over to his place to visit him. He's usually too busy with his kids who are autistic, and with his job, and his friends. My sons are grown up now. :o\
I live in the mid cities between Dallas and Fort worth! I hope everyone you ran into was hospitable! Also, there is a cool sloth just hanging out in a tree in the top floor of the aquarium. You can walk right up to him! You should visit him if you get a chance!
Thank you for always sharing your life and giving us Inspiration!! I have Lupus and your right we have to find the balance between listening to our bodies and not letting the illness run our life. I have found myself in the hotel room during the day while the family is at Disney because of the heat and sun ☀️!!! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Polopony20 Hi!! Yes I love reborns!! Lupus is an autoimmune disease where your body attacks it’s own healthy cells because it sees them as foreign invaders. Everyone’s case is different and so are their symptoms. There is a ton of info on the internet about it. Xoxoxo ❤️❤️❤️❤️
The altitude change and barometric pressure really screws with joints/dysautonomia. That’s the cause of all your woes. I deal with it even just going to the major city from my cute little mountain town.
I used to not wear makeup a lot because it made my face itchy. I think there is something in most makeups that I am sensitive to (not allergic). I have found that Physician's Formula doesn't make my face itchy. I like the InstaReady line is nice. I wear tinted BB Cream, Powder, mascara, sometimes eye shadow and some sort of lip gloss. You all looked wonderful!
I so know what you mean about travel. Between security measures being incompatible with my medical needs and how sick I got the last time I flew, air travel just isn’t worth it. I had a migraine the last time I flew (California to Maine) for the whole flight and a week after. Driving is easier but still hard. There’s something about the up and down and pressure of flying that’s really bad. Somehow a 3 day drive (Maine to Florida) is so much easier on me than flying. I kinda wonder why you didn’t drive to Dallas....I imagine it’d be doable in a 1 or 2 day drive. Then again, I drive an hour to get groceries and 1-3 hours for doctors...so I don’t think twice about driving distances. It’s also the perfect excuse for listening to audiobooks. I so understand what you mean about pushing yourself. I’m having bad dehydration stomach cramps, and we were going to see a movie later. Between how I feel and ice/snow/freezing rain it’s not happening today.
Fantastic video, the build-up all week was great and you guys did not disappoint! You are all such beautiful people and even more beautiful on the inside. Harlow looking at Orion in his tux is PRICELESS! Oh my goodness, I'm in tears from laughing. Best. Thing. Ever.
Yes, you should go to the Dallas aquarium. I went to Dallas aquarium last year and loved it! but I bet Florida has way better aquariums since you guys live by the ocean 🌊
Resting is definitely a must and perfectly okay to do. I am glad to hear you’re listening to your body! Ugh, we don’t have hush puppies here, but I had them when I went to America and now I’m craving them so badly 😭 your hair looks so beautiful 😍 the pictures were so beautiful! I’m the same with makeup, I hate wearing it, I’ll definitely do my hair and stuff but even for occasions I can’t wear it because I’m allergic to a lot of it lol
I just recently traveled to Texas an highly suggest trying straight off the roadBBQ it’s delicious and you get HUGGE portions !!! And for attractions I would go to the Huston zoo. it’s so fun! Enjoy and have fun. Just remember don’t push yourself to hard because Texas will always be there and you and your Heath is so much more important. I love your videos keep up your positive attitudes 🙂
I have trouble with heat intolerance, and straighteners are no exception.. Does anyone else have this issue? If so, is there a way to make it better? Glad you're having a good time Jaquie! Have fun at the wedding!
Make your room frigid. No joke. Also, turn it to the lowest setting, even if it makes it take longer(better for your hair, too) I do have that issue, and actually fainted when my mom was curling my hair for school pictures when I was little. I haven’t heat styled since, because I get presyncope from it, and have to stop and lie down.
I do the same things as Niko. I have to blow dry my hair and curl a few pieces every time I do it (bc it's really an odd kind of curly and air drying isn't an option). So, I keep my room extremely cold, so, if anything the warmth that comes off actually feels a little cozy. But I also have a curler that I don't have to touch or get too close and keep it on a really low setting so there's no steam, etc. The higher settings aren't good for your hair anyway, so I just add ten minutes to my process to sit there for a little longer than use high heat that finished faster.
In Arizona. Summer It’s 115 degrees and it’s dry heat so it literally feels like you are standing in an oven, some times. And it’s 10 times worse when you are heat intolerant like she and I am.
Oof! We get some pretty hot summers in Wyoming, too - although it doesn't get quite that hot, we still easily get 2-3 weeks straight of highs in the upper 90s in July-August, and this year during that stretch of time I couldn't spend much of any time outside during the day because of it (last year I could, but this year I couldn't - my heat intolerance is getting worse). At least it cools off significantly at night, unlike it would if it was humid - one thing I absolutely love about the western U.S. (and absolutely hate about the Midwest and East coast; San Francisco's not bad, though, at least in January - never been there in the summer).
That is one heck of a room upgrade!! You got what could be a presidential suite! I guess it is lucky that they messed up the accommodations initially lol. I hope you can enjoy yourself in Dallas! Hey, keep in mind this is a COLDDDD winter for Texas, and you’re in one of the coldest parts! Down here in Houston, TX we get Floridian weather.
I didn't see if you were hooked up or not, but I have a great tip for feeding tubes and dresses! I use my sewing machine to make a button hole close to the seam on which ever side I want the tube to come out. If the thread matches the fabric well no one but you will notice the hole when you are not hooked up.
Yes, Dallas is flat and wide and spread out Judd, you nailed it!
Y'all looked amazing and the bride was gorgeous! Loved Orion's tux!
Ahh! I’ve been waiting to find out where you guys travelled to! I hope you’re enjoying your time there! I hope you feel better❤️
I am so happy for all of you having a successful trip!! The bride is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
You're in my hometown!! I really hope you get to see the Dallas Aquarium, it's gorgeous, but be ready, some parts are not super wheelchair accessable.
I always plan nothing for the first day after an airplane trip, so I can spend it in bed and then if I can do sightseeing it’s like a bonus!
I’ve also never gotten an accessible room when I asked for one, but I’m glad you got upgraded for it!
I always do this, I take one day more before the event, a day after more after the event! That's how I kinda don't stress to much
I love you guys so much I was literally waiting to watch your vid to find out were you went
I live in Oklahoma and Oklahoma and Texas are going through a weird cold snap on the weekends. But if you guys would have come during the week it would have been 80 degrees. LOL it's been a really odd spring and we had a very mild winter here.
Lauren Schlepp hey fellow Okie! ❤️ it has been a WEIRD spring 😅
I’m in Maine, and we’re going through the same thing. 60s on Friday....now it’s 30 with freezing rain/snow. Kinda miserable.
I know! I live near Dallas and one day you need your air set to heat and the next you need air conditioning!
I am a new viewer, and also have a chronic illness. Meredith looked so pretty! I hope you are sort of salvaging a little fun! Dallas is a great place.
Ah excited! We just moved from Orlando to Dallas 4 months ago. The weather is crazy so far.
I can totally relate about the conflict we all have with chronic illness where we tell ourselves to listen to our bodies and at the same time don’t let out health hold us back.
Awe, you're in my town!! Welcome to Dallas! Have a great time!!

That is an AWESOME reason to travel! Congrats to your friend and her new husband
Ha. I live in that area, and I happen to be out of town this weekend. If you girls need to rest, Judd and Paul will LOVE the Perot. It might be too many people/germs for you because it’s hands on. The aquarium isn’t the best in Dallas.
You all look great! I’m so happy you were able to join a great friend on her Wedding Day!
I was raised in Fort Worth Texas for 19 years!!! So glad y’all were able to go!! Now I live 2 hours away from y’all

Welcome to Dallas! I live in plank, just north of there. I hope you have a blast!!
I gotta go to Dallas the first week of May for surgery! Nice to see what I’m in for.
48, it is not literally freezing, haha! It’s about 32 here in Boston, literally freezing.
I struggle when to push myself and when I need to just listen to my body. It is difficult, but you know your body better than anybody else. Have a fun trip, enjoy the wedding, and I hope you get to visit the aquarium.

OH MY GOD! ORIONS TUX IS THE CUTEST THING IN THE WORLD!! You also looked beautiful jaquie! I love the dress (:
I hope you have a chance to check out the Dallas World Aquarium while you're there, it's awesome. Rest and enjoy your trip!
You boys crack me up....48 degrees! That's shorts and flip-flop weather up here in Maine!
I totally was thinking y’all were going to Disneyland in Anaheim CA! TX is fun too haha! 💕
glad you guys are having a good time exploring dallas.
I live in the mid cities between Dallas and Fort worth! I hope everyone you ran into was hospitable!
Also, there is a cool sloth just hanging out in a tree in the top floor of the aquarium. You can walk right up to him! You should visit him if you get a chance!
I lived in Dallas/Ft. Worth for ten years, and experienced several bad ice storms in ....April!!!
Is from Montana it's not cold talk to me when its -2 degrees
In the south this is cold for us
Crosby Lover I'm also from montana 😂 I always find it funny when people complain about the cold when that weather is so warm to me
Michigander here.
Wisconsinite here, but I am sooooooo ready for warmer weather.
I’m from Montana to and I totally agree it makes me laugh when people are complaining and I’m like well at least you aren’t here.
Judd, you are so funny. "It's literally freezing" 42 degrees LOL!!!!
AWWWWWW you guys look AMAZING!!! I hope you guys have a great rest of vacation
It’s 20 degrees in South Dakota! I went to Dallas a few weeks ago and I was hit with a raging heat wave!!

Come to the Texas hill country sometime (San Antonio, Kerrville, Fredericksburg, etc...)!!! My Texas isn't flat at all :) :) :) Love y'all!!!

woah you look awesome and that hotel room is awesome too! looks like a movie star room!
Welcome to Texas! Lately weather has been cold, hot, cold, hot. I'll never get used to it. :) And summers here are like 100° with high humidity 😭
I live in PA so we have most of the weather. 90°-100° summers, 10°-20° winters. Just without the hurricanes and tornadoes
Well to make you guys feel any better, here in Wisconsin we have 14” of Snow! But I love you vlogs I don’t miss one. Thank you
I so know what you mean about travel.
The Dallas World Aquarium is awesome! If you have the chance, you should definitely pop in!
You all looked so wonderful and it looks like it was a great time! Hope you feel better for the rest of the trip!
Fantastic video, the build-up all week was great and you guys did not disappoint! You are all such beautiful people and even more beautiful on the inside. Harlow looking at Orion in his tux is PRICELESS! Oh my goodness, I'm in tears from laughing. Best. Thing. Ever.
That Harlow look at Orion made me laugh so hard too :) it is priceless indeed!!
Even when Jaquie was talking to her, she didn't turn her head! She could not figure out what happened to her bestie. I replayed it about 26 times.
yes you can see that she is deeply puzzled.
Glad you guys had fun! Judd is such an amazing husband. "Gotta get the cows for Jaq!" Lucky girl you are! You are both beautiful together. God bless!!
Yes, you should go to the Dallas aquarium. I went to Dallas aquarium last year and loved it! but I bet Florida has way better aquariums since you guys live by the ocean 🌊
in Texas well Austin at least this weather freaked us out!!! No judgment jud. :)
Jackie! You and Judd looked beautiful together. Your dress and your makeup perfect.
You both are so beautiful, strong and so inspiring!!!!
"The tea is sweet, the food is hot, and it's good to go!" LOL Bromance quotes.
Jaquie, yea, y'all should go to the Dallas Aquarium! You will love it!!
Your dress looks really pretty. Home Texas warms up a little bit more for you guys. Hope you enjoy our spring lol.
Yes Judd Florida is the best!! Lots of love from Miami, FL 😘
Orion's tuxedo! You all looked beautiful!
why didn' you get another room if it smelled like smoke?
I love that pic at the end of the bride with your dogs! haha
You all look awesome!!! I hope the wedding was a blast
I have trouble with heat intolerance, and straighteners are no exception.. Does anyone else have this issue? If so, is there a way to make it better?
Glad you're having a good time Jaquie! Have fun at the wedding!
Plaid Sweater I honestly take my merry time and I make sure I have as much of my skin covered
