I can do a flip without grabbing my knees to but it requires our core to be strong and if I grab my knees then I just need timing and no strength is required, I hope you're understanding what I'm saying
Another tip for Sideflips, if you aren't getting any height run up and the last step when you are about to jump take a smaller step. It will give you way more height and make you not need as much effort

YOU do macaco's one-handed too! I learned them with 2 hands, did a weird Valdez-macaco thing in a dance, and started teaching them one-handed before someone I'd taught earlier said they learned it with 2. Glad I'm not the only one.

I have a really good tuck on trampoline but on ground my tuck isnt as tight and I dont rotate as fast. I still land but it just feels sloppy and doesnt look as good as I want it too
1 more tip that helped me is extend your legs fully when they leave the ground. if you strighten your legs fully when you jump youll jump higher in comparison to when you jump to bent legs.
