    This is an Indian dish but Indian does not know about this dish. And in Pakistan in every hotel and everywhere it is available. My mother also used to make this dish

      Little History of Behari Kebab, Muslim Bengal Nawab went to Patna in 1940 for business, his chef team always accompanied Nawab,, there his cooks worked & learned from Putna Cooka, on return Nawab also brought back one chef with him, after independence this recipe moved to Karachi mainly Bandu Khan, now this is household name in Pakistan, now only 2 or 3 Eateries in Bihar still make this dish

    If you are not offended let me correct you. The WORD FRY IS USED FOR COOKING IN A LIQUID ( تلنا ) but for بہونا the word used is ROAST
