KABAB CHINI: 4
JYFAL: 1/4 BALL
JAVETRI: 4 Flacks
AJWAIN: 1/4 Tsp
BADIAN: 1
BLACK PEPPER: 1 Tsp
CLOVES: 7
WHITE CUMIN: 1/2 Tbsp
BLACK CUMIN: 1/8 Tsp
FENNEL SEEDS: 3 to 4 Tbsp
BLACK CARDAMOM: 2
GREEN CARDAMOM: 5
CINNAMON: 1 of 2"
WHOLE SPICES WILL BE USED WHOLE:
CORIANDER SEEDS: 3 Tbsp in the POTLI (Spice Bag)
BAY LEAVES: 3
GROUND SPICES:
SALT: 2 Tbsp Or To Taste
RED CHILI POWDER: 2 Tbsp
KASHMIRI CHILI POWDER: 2 Tbsp
DRIED GINGER POWDER: 2 Tbsp
GARLIC POWDER: 1.5 Tbsp
HALDI (TURMERIC) POWDER: 1/2 Tbsp
This Nihari Masal is good for
Bong meat: 1.5 kg
Nali Bones: 1.5 kg
Wheat Flour: 2/3 measuring Cup
Dried fat 200 gm and Oil: 2 Cups
At the end Nahari Curry should be 3 Liters - Розваги

@@delhi-up-karachi-khaane1225 Salam walekum! Shukriya aapke reply ke liye! Ek baat batayein, nihari masale mein kya Kachri powder bhi shamil karna zaroori hai. Apko zaroor ilm hoga ki Kachri powder tenderiser ka kam karta hai. Hamare yahan North India mein kisi bhi meat recipe ko banane ke liye kafi log istmal karte hai ya fir papaya powder. Waise main personally meat ko slow cooking mein galana zyada pasand karta hu. Aapka kya mashwara hai?
Bhai, Nihari name is recognized for SLOW COOKING. Actually all restaurant Start on night time with Sealed degh on slow cooking and in the morning its ready. Commercially no tenderizer is used in NIHARI MASALA. So I will not recommend. Instead use of pressure cooker is much better than any tenderizer use. Word "NAHAR" was used to name this recipe "NAHARI". But who changed it to NIHARI ????? I really don't know because this word does not exist in any traditional URDU or HINDI dictionary.

Yes you are right that Nahari came from the word "Nahar" which means morning in Arabic if I am not mistaken. Some pronounce it correctly as Nahari and some made it according to their pronunciation as Nihari☺. Waise aap itni subah ko uth jate hain ya kisi aur western country mein hain?

My suggestion is.
Kindly mention all spices in weight also.
It's a very good masala.. thanks for sharing pipli (a completely new thing for me).. question about proportion - is your table and tea spoon measurement by standard table and tea spoons (15 ml and 5 ml volume) or is it andaaz? since each masala has different density, the weight measurement is generally unreliable.. the reason I ask is that your masala on the plate looked less than standard measuring spoons !
