Replace the PPSH, sure it has a lot of bullets and a fast shooting speed, but it's damage is horrible. Replace it with something like the MCX Spear or FAL Heavy if you've got it. They both have high damage and a high shooting speed with the spear being a bit faster and the FAL doing more damage per shot. Hope this helps!
G3-fal-spear are the only A-r I will use but I don’t even use that much A-r. (I’m on phone) I use fal Kar98 and m40 all for close range and long range m200 cuz I don’t have AWP bruhhhh

Forgot to add this, but high damage is key when you're fighting someone with guns, so that's why the PPSH is considered bad
