I'd just like to say Randy u r a gentleman and a sculler doing what u did for a little farm not many people like u randy. Hopefully we see at least one calf.. hard work paid off 😊
NEXT LEVEL MAN, hits right in the heart knowing good people care out there. So much more than a business transaction. I wish we -- as a diverse nation -- build on varied culture -- that we all can't be like this... WE MISS SO MUCH by how we have been turned on each other for profit by politicians... no matter your side -- we all get played; because they do this for donation dollars, playing to our emotional fears... while business times like you and White House on the Hill.... continues to become fewer and fewer. HEARTBREAKING REALITY; but thank You -- for being a part of the beauty that does still exist.
What a blessing Randy reached out. Experience says something and the complexities of breeding you share in your videos shows how valuable it is. The timing couldn't have been better.
What an amazing man Randy is! To travel all that way, loan you one of his cows and I believe I remember him saying that Masla was his favourite! He is a very kind man and I got kind of choked up as you were thanking him, because he really did go above and beyond! We should all be so lucky to have a Randy in our lives!
A hugh Thank you Randy' for helping a wonderful family that lives at the One-N-Only White House On The Hill!!❤❤ Our world 🌎 today needs more kindness like you Randy, again Thank you from a Missourian!!❤❤
The kindness Randy has shown your family is second to none and shows the world the true nature of his character! What a blessing! Randy, if you see this comment, I hope you know that you have given me hope for the crazy world we live in right now! ❤❤❤
I love this video, because I love jersey cattle, as we had them as a pretty good size herd when I was growing up on our farm, and they definitely produce a lot of milk, they are gentle cows, and their calves are SO BEAUTIFUL❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️ I wish you all the luck with the pregnancies of your two cows. I hope they can carry it to term because I know this is been a challenging process for not only you, but Randy. Thank God for Randy being a true friend and helping you guys out with your cattle and being patient and loving about the process. I really appreciated Randy explaining exactly what he was doing because I’ve never been around artificial breeding with our cattle… It was always up to the Bull to do his part. Any Cow that was not able to carry a full-term calf or stop producing milk and did not feed her calf, then she was sent to the sale barn on the second year of trying. I think Randy made a good point when he said sometimes if you breed a young heifer at one year of age or close to that, a lot of times either, they’re not able to produce satisfactory milk for the baby calf or for the Homestead, who counts on having milk to drink! I loved it not only what Randy was doing for you guys, but also how he interacted with the children. I cannot believe how tall your oldest son is. I know he’s been good help on the farm, but suddenly he’s gone from being a little boy face to looking like a teenager (even if he’s not that old yet). He definitely is very responsible & Mature for his age!! I love the beautiful chickens that you have on your farm. I am an artist, and I’ve been trying to get screenshots of your prettier chickens and other fowl that are going to go in the aviary,… I would really like to know the name of that last chicken I saw being held, and he had black on his neck and a really brilliantly red comb, plus he had Gorgeous Tail Feathers with multiple colors in his tail❣️❣️ Thank you to FACTOR for sponsoring your video. I am a cancer patient and I’m always looking for healthy foods and I really appreciated hearing that they do not freeze their food plus, do you know you could have a full meal in two minutes really appealed to me as well. There are times when I have to go to the hospital and I’ll be there for three or four hours for infusions, and when I get home, I want to eat something right away and this fits right in to my lifestyle plus nutritionally, I need to kind of food Factor is making for its’ clients😊♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ Lost, I would just like to acknowledge Randy for everything he did to help the cattle become pregnant. He seem to go above and beyond what a lot of people would ever do for you. It really touched my heart when he was willing to A) lend you one of his cows and calves, so that you had me out well he took your two cows home with him.! B) that he was willing to drive so far to assist you. Just going across the state of Texas. It’s a long drive. God bless you, Randy, and all of you will be in my prayers for blessings that you deserve Randy for your kindness, and do UA-cam videos, which are made so that we can know more about farm life but also exotic animals. You are my favorite website.!!♥️♥️🧡💙🩵🩷❣️
Goooo Randy!!! I can’t say enough how good hearted, sweet, caring and generous you’ve been! If your ever in Nashville, TN we have Reba McEntire and many more that would love to see and hang out with ya! Well we would too of course. 😊❤
I think it is super cool how y'all started with one cow, and now you are slowly growing your herd! "its only a thousand degrees in texas," I CANT AGREE MORE.
I hope we get to see more of Randy in the coming months and years because he’s done something pretty darn spectacular getting the girls pregnant and getting more babies on the farm. It would be neat if we could get a tour of his farm and the day in and out workings there.
I cant believe she’s finally home❤ It’s been so long I was getting a little worried. I hope everything goes good, it would be awesome to welcome some new baby cows! Thanks to randy for taking good care of her, seriously great guy! 👍
Randy is a good man trying to get your cows on track so u have plenty milk. . your baby girls very beautiful eyes mom and dad you have a awesome little family. . 🙏🙏 Prayers for your cows getting and being with calf. Thanks for sharing guys.

He gave you two calves with his bull and possibly third and a fourth one hopefully and let you borrow his milk cow for I don't know how long and all he wants is 10 chickens now that's pretty amazing
I'd just like to say Randy u r a gentleman and a sculler doing what u did for a little farm not many people like u randy. Hopefully we see at least one calf.. hard work paid off 😊
Wow what a wonderful person Randy is and he was so calm and gentle with the AI.. Amazing. She is certainly become difficult to breed. Sheesh. Seeing the mother nuzzle her daughter and the daughter clearly loving it was a special and moving moment. :Love yall. Fingers crossed.
It's nice to know there's still good , kind , & caring folks out there that's willing to step up & help out when you need help hat's off to Randy for being one of those folks , enjoyed the video thanks for sharing & good luck hope she will bring y'all a baby in the fall 🙏💚🙏👍
Did Randy ever look into the JH1C (embryo loss) on Maisie? It was a big learning experience for me several years ago when one of my cows kept losing her pregnancies at about 60ish days. I was able to get mine tested through AJCA and now I know not to use bulls that are carriers to embryo loss. It could be something to look into in the future. I looked up the bulls he used on Dolly, they are both JH1F. Always enjoy your videos!
Good point and yes we did check. Also, did a full blood panel, ultrasound, and got a second opinion from a vet friend of mine that does a lot of embryos and AI.
@@BredCowPodcast Thank you for the reply back! Glad you were able to get all the answers you needed to help them out. I'll keep my fingers crossed she'll continue with the pregnancy. They are very lucky they had found you!
I really enjoy watching your video's.. I haven't forgotten about making something special for your wife, I'm just waiting to get some money for postage... I get goosebumps when Randy smiles... He is just so kind so willing to help... I don't know him, but watching him on your video, and listening to the way he speaks.. He really is a good soul :) ...
Randy is a very kind and knowledgable man, nice one Randy - I was watching one of the New Zealand youtube a few weeks ago he had a problem with his 2nd season going on 3 year old bull - the farmer only had a 55% pregrancy rate in his cow beef herd - semen test came back with a semen count of 15% the vet recommended free choice zinc and selenium and re-checked in 60 days and the bulls semen count came back at 85% after 60 days - free choice minerals are very important - we know that New Zealand's soil is lacking in both zinc and selenium - to ensure your girls keep getting breed what minerals do you know is lacking in the soil where you homestead - do your girls get free choice minerals?
Excellent point! The first thing we did with the cows was full blood panels and put them on a mineral program. Almost impossible to get cattle bred without getting the nutrition correct first.
A really touching and amazing video! Such great news. They say, "Everything happens for a reason." Having faith and positivity brings good people and good things into your lives. Hoping all goes well with the girl's pregnancies. Praying for a couple of calves in your near future.🙏🙂

Randy know what he's doing I may say a Pro the way he talks about the subject, I thought cow breeding is simple but in reality it's not so many factors to look, I'm happy that randy helps you out in your cow breeding hopefully it is a successful one
What a blast being able to hang out with you guys and get another shot at breeding Dolly. Fingers crossed it worked! 🙂
Appreciate all of your help over the years, Randy!

That whole milking thing looks like it’s a lot easier than in the winter.
Easier now that we have direct power to the barn. So no more solar batteries giving out on cold winter days.
