I remember as a kid, when we'd have sleepovers, how sleepy i would get just listening to my friend whispering. I never realized how whispering and soft muffled sounds can relax the mind and body. Fascinating.

That position is so great to sleep in but apparently *a chiropractor informed me* that it's such a bad position to sleep in for your lower back and hip. I started noticing the difference after not sleeping like that
I am so proud of myself I watched an asmr vid all the way through that was longer then ten minutes. Normally they are two long and I get bored of them doing the same thing over and over again but this was the perfect length and I enjoyed how it changed from item to item.
I struggle with insomnia and have for years. I’ve taken what feels like every sleep medication on the planet both OTC and prescribed. I’ve done sleep studies and everything but nothing has helped knock me out like ur videos. Thank you so freaking much ♥️

This helped me so much, I was having flashbacks of being in the hospital and stuff and had a panic attack but this helped calm me down and I almost fell asleep. Ima watch again so I can sleep but I'd love to see a lot longer version of this honestly, and Gibi thank you so much your videos mean everything to me and help me relax when needed most [your probably never gonna see my comment but oh well 💖]

UA-cam premium gets them more money then people viewing ads and the ratio gets worse as more switch. So Google then increases the ads to keep the profit the same from fewer people and it pushes even more to direct payments. It's a win win for google especially when no one can make a replacement that is successful.
This is my favorite asmr video with the way she whispers so quietly and how she went gibi then clicked her cheeks, gibi is the only asmr artist I have found that gives me tingles and relaxes me. To. Gibi don't stop doing what your doing your great at it hope you have a good day or night.

I think this works. I have ‘watched’ it 6 times. Each time I’ve fallen asleep before 10 minutes, I keep trying to finish the video but I fall asleep, better each time, thank you so much. This is my new favorite!
Other asmr ppl tend to click or bang on objects which i don’t find nice for sleep, i like quiet asmr. But i do like this, it deserves a sub. This means a lot to my sleep, to me this clicking is quieter than usual. Probs good for me.
