Couldn’t be a better time to have posted this. Spent the day doing nothing but keeping my place from flooding as much as I could since my neighbor’s water pipe burst. Only finally able to rest as it has just stopped leaking, and I couldn’t think of anything better to wind down to than this. Thank you for the content and what you provide to the community and I hope you have a very good Christmas Eve and a Merry Christmas tomorrow!

i work in the restoration industry and its been brutal lately, theres so many bursting pipes and flooding its crazy, hope your house is still reasonably intact, i know how shitty that stuff can be, god speed man hope your christmas still goes well :)
@@jakestrother7983 Thankfully it didn’t get too bad in mine as the leaking was slow and didnt get far before I noticed, but it was a struggle to rotate out towels for hours straight to keep it from spreading further as it was seeping through the wall from my neighbors whose place did flood the entire first floor. Dont think theres too much damage but I’ll have it evaluated after Christmas. Currently dont have running water until the neighbors can get their pipes fixed whenever, but I’ll make it through. Christmas should go well for me and I hope it does for all of y’all too.

I am a setup/banquet supervisor for a hotel in my town and I’ve been prepping all week for our Christmas Eve dinner we had today (and went well, thank goodness) and it’s going to slow down in the next week or so. Hope to start planning on my vacation come early February.

For everyone wondering- Kabuki brushes are used to apply blush and highlighter, hence the egg shape. But they are also used for asmr cause they sound amazing!

She does, but I recently learned that audible doesn't pay authors the industry standard. Most physical books the authors get 70%, with audible if you give them exclusive rights you get 40% otherwise it's only 25%. Brandon Sanderson was trying to make better deals for authors when it comes to audio content so he has set up some deals with some audible competition under the condition that they will do the same deal for all authors not just a big name like him.
