- I'm back with another of my no talking mukbangs, and today we've got my giant shrimp roll video from last year!! How time flies. These videos are edited down from already-filmed content -- I'm just removing the talking so that you have the option of watching them with our without my chit chat! :) Enjoy!

Recipe:
Giant Shrimp Roll
1. Make your shrimp salad -- poach deveined shrimp in lemon water just until pink and C shaped (don't let it get to the O stage!), then drain and pat dry and mix with kewpie mayo, lemon zest, lemon juice, old bay, s+p, and fresh herbs -- I used fresh tarragon, dill, chives, parsley. Mix it all up and set aside. Use however much you want of everything here, after all, this should be to YOUR taste :). Just remember, you can always add, you can't subtract.
2. Prep your giant bun -- cut the sides off a loaf of challah and make some room in the center for the shrimp salad. Shmear both of your now flat sides with softened salted butter and griddle on both sides till golden brown and toasty. Don't throw away the challah scraps! Make bread pudding or croutons with them.
3. Fill your giant challah loaf/bun with shrimp salad, top with chopped chives and devour, gracefully. Jk eat however you want it's your life.
4. Revel in the glory of being ridiculous for the sake of being ridiculous. The end.
