As i was scrolling through my for you page i saw this video, i said " Why don't i make this for my kids?" I followed your recipe , they absolutely loved it.
As a divorced father I'd say this is a great meal for a single parent for they're kids.

Noms look good but I question the legitimacy. A lot of edited cuts all seeming to happen at the same point post bite
It's cause her original video she made she was talking this one has all the talking edited out. There are no cuts in the original video.

Beef stock/bone broth also works! The alcohol cooks off in case you’re worried about that 😊

Car une personne amateurs de vin en mangeant aime la sensation du vin et de la nourriture dans sa bouche c'est, le goût se mélangeant avec les aliments, c'est une explosion de saveurs UNIQUE à chaque bouchées prise et les gens qui aiment les pâtes et vin savent très bien aussi l'importance de manger du pain car le pain permet de bien nettoyer la bouche entre les bouchées pour mieux éveiller les papilles et dévoiler les goûts et de bien goûter le vin..... c'était juste une petite remarque car tu n'as pris qu'une seule gorgée de vin ??? Mais but beaucoup d'eau ?

Why do I feel like she never drinks wine
C'mon.... you haaave to slurp the noodle in... it dont taste right when people just lift the up w a fork.... Asianss have it down w it comes to how they taste thier foods... the aroma as you slurpand suck the noodles is half the experience as much as the flavor... The recipe however is a BANGING Hit !!)

Please where are the real seasonings in this recipe ?! Only seen salt and cayenne ?!
Salt is the only seasoning you need, my friend. The other ingredients have a lot of flavor on their own, salt brings out the best in them! Acid (lemon juice, vinegar) also enhances flavor.
no need for anything else. i know this is not really italian cuisine, but we use even less ingredients and it still ends up tasting incredible and healthy. not everything needs a huge amount of seasonings, food have a taste of their own. and i say this as someone whose favorite cuisine is indian.

It’s quite essential for the taste. But you won’t taste any alcohol since it evaporates while cooking
