I hope so! This is only going to be 5 weeks for us, so we've got more to pick out. We are also going to try some "The Good and the Beautiful" science units. I have Marine Biology ready to go. Will shoot a flip through of that one as well. ;)

We don’t always use extra books. I’ve found for a science unit she gives u the science topic same thing for the geography units just gives the geography topic. We are thinking of doing the earth science unit but we aren’t sure. I don’t plan that much with gather round. I’ve had printing issues with gather round with pre teens I take things slowly and we dive in deeper, I want them to get it better and we link
It to elements on any science units.

I highly recommend an ink tank printer! So affordable! I use a canon and the quality is amazing and I can cheaply (like for pennies) to print full books. Thanks for this video!

Do you know how much it costs per page? My husband just bought me a new printer. We looked at the ecotank and he said the cost of the printer would take years to break even if the pages were cheap. But that all depends on how long the printer lasts! So he bought me a new HP, which was only $100 and our ink subscription is about $0.06/page.

@@OurHOMEschoolPlan I have the canon g3200 and last time I calculated it, it was literally a penny a page. So the ink is $40 for all the colors and I can get over 4,000 full color pages easily out of that. The best part is that if one color runs low you simply refill that one color vs replace a whole color cartridge. And the color is amazing quality on the prints. They look professional. It’s paid for itself in a year easily because I print everything including little coloring pages for the preschoolers. Whole books. I mean It’s been a game changer for us!

@@OurHOMEschoolPlan I just printed 5 and soon to be 6 Gather round human body books in full color and it didn’t even make a dent in my ink tanks.

This sounds great!!! I’ll have to add this to my wish list! I do have two printers (one for each floor-we are weird like that. 😉) so maybe when my next one breaks down. 1 cent is pretty cheap!

I wish this wasn't christian based! Why are all the good curriculums christian based!!??

Because God, the creator, is at the center of every subject, and all subjects flow from him. 😉 I’m sorry you feel that way.

@@OurHOMEschoolPlan there is no god, but okay. Homeschool isn’t a Christian-only thing.
