I learned how to cast off from this video. I have watched dozens of knitting loom cast off instructional videos and yours is the one that made the most sense to me. I wish you would upload more instructional videos, you are clean and concise. Also, I can't seem to access your website. I will try again, in case it's my computer that is messing up. Thank you for this good teaching video.

Thank you. So simple that even my 7yr old was able follow your directions. To answer your other subscriber answer about where to purchase. I bought a 4 pack circular Boye Loom pack for Christmas for under 10.00. Such a great price that teaches both of my kids to loom. The yarn from Walmart was about 3.00 each for them to begin. Once they get better at looming, we will purchase different yarn. Great video.

  • @willowsverge3046

Before i start, for me, its easier to use a straw to put the yarn on the pegs. Just cut a drinking straw in half and feed the yarn through the straw. Every time you put yarn on the pegs it makes it so easy! The straw can get in between the pegs easier and faster than my fingers. I always wind up hitting my arthritic joints on the dang pegs! This makes it nice to avoid that and brings the fun back into my projects. Added plus is, once you put the straw on the yarn, it cant get lost until you cut the yarn when your done! Have fun!

I also make Quilts, and Jewelry. I try to keep Busy. You will too. Once you start a Project, You will want to finish it before Christmas. Crocheted things make Great Gifts. They are very much Appreciated by people who don't know how to do Crochet.

      @bettyyoungletsch1274 4 роки тому

That's good Mary Marshall, the Hook will never go out of Style. It is Timeless. My whole family, of 5 Aunts, and a Sister, and 4 Cousins, have been Crocheting ever since they were Children. I learned when I was 8 years old. My Aunt Clara taught me. Now she is in Heaven, Bless her Soul.
I think people who Crochet are very Creative, and Smart, and Resourceful, and have a Lot of Patience. The loom makes it Faster, but The Hook will last forever. Love Crocheting, and Knitting too. But if you ask me Crocheting is Faster. Betty

    For knitting.
    Thank you for your instruction.
    I must get one.
I used to knit with needles which
Could turn out a bit uneven.
But with this loom, it looks
    So even.

so my rings are like this
      pink-large
      orange-medium
      purple-small
      green-extra small
i used orange which is the standard size for a tween/teen or a woman with a small head
for the roll at the bottom i did 15 rows
and for the top after that i did 20 and then sealed it
      i hope this helps

+Zumby Crafts: hi, again! as soon as i watched your vid, i made a hat. then, i had a check-up @ roswell (cancer institute), and saw little crocheted hats and baby/lap blankets in bins [in the hospitality room]. people make them, then donate them to cancer patients {from infants to adults}. well, i turned into a knitting FOOL. will send you a photo of some as soon as i find out how to send pix (before i donate the hats).🌸 peace. :^)
