Hello your a very good teacher your videos are extremely helpful….im kindly asking for a video with a question on inheritance invested and an explanation why we use present value method
Thanks a lot , you are the best and your videos really help ,know that you are appreciated and that some of us are doing well academically because of your hard works ❤️
Hi sir , for the last one , why didn’t we use 60 for the compound year instead of 30 where i assume we calculate the overall due amount of the loan and only use 30 on the present formula whereas it’d calculate missing payments?
Like , we’d use the compound formula to calculate how much money is owed to the bank and we use the present formula to calculate how much the bank is owed after 30 payments , so why did we use 30 for both the compound and present formula and not 60 for the compound formula?
@@MlungisiNkosi I’m trying to understand if I’d always use the number of payments made on both the n for compound and future formulae or if I’ll use the amount of payments made (30) on the compound and the amount of payments due (30) on the future formula since it’s 30-30. So if the amount of payments made was 40, would it be 40 on the compound formulae AND future formulae OR would it be 40 on the compound formula and 20 on the future formula ?
one thing about these mathematic gymnastics....... have me in tears i tell you ... how many brackets is one supposed to insert in the calculator ( crying mathematical tears)
Ion understand the last part where the amount of the n’s are the same ,because the first one it’s from compound interest while the second is from the future annuitie
Don't be angry when you get a negative answer it's actually tells you that you made a mistake on your formula the numbers there there is something wrong you need to double check properly and, slowly, check if you didn't put the values on P instead of A or A instead of P or X instead of F or F instead of X 😅 you get my point
You should be awarded for your great teaching skills sir...you're very good at this.. Really wish I had found your channel sooner in grade 10 😭🤧
Thank you. I’m glad you found it now
I'm with you 😢
This lesson have increased my level of understanding in maths
Yippee 🙌🏾. Objective achieved
Give this man his flowers while he can still smell them.👌🏾❤ the best maths plug
i just don't forget anything you are teaching me Sir , you really very good at teaching God bless you
Thank you 😊

I never understood this you are a great teacher sir
May almighty father bless you!!! 😭❤️🙏
Thank you 😊
Thank you so much🙏this was really helpful
It’s my pleasure
I always enjoy your lessons. I wish you can do trigonometry, analytical and euclidean geometry with us
I just saw the lessons now, thank you sir ❤️
Awesome 😎
Forever wena uncle🎉
And that is how the cookie crumbles 🔥
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I certainly understood thank you Sir🙏
This is awesome 🤩
Thank you !🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏Mission complete let me jump to past question papers !Thank you...Sharp sharp❤️❤️🥹🙏.
All the best 🫡
Hi Sir could you please making a video on the topic of Statistics 🙏
I will definitely be completing that this week
Godsent📚
You’re welcome 😇
I am truly grateful thank u
You’re welcome
For our *n* we are not supposed to say 30×12 because it's compound monthly
❤❤❤❤ where have you been?
I’m here ❤️
Hello Mr Nkosi please do the Limpopo trial 2022 paper finance section
Thanks in advance
Will try to
thank you 🙌

Cause I got R679 084 substituting 60 instead of 30 on the compound formula
I think I tried to explain why… I’m not sure what wasn’t clear

Mr M, I'm a confused, aren't we supposed to multiply the n with the m since we are compounding on a monthly bases.
Cause isnt it supposed to be 30×12?
The value I have given is in terms of months already
Dankie 🔐🔥

one thing about these mathematic gymnastics....... have me in tears i tell you ... how many brackets is one supposed to insert in the calculator ( crying mathematical tears)
It’s the mathematical tears for me 😂
Thank you sir
My pleasure
did you already make a video with regards to tackling past paper questions on this topic
I’ll look at it soon
Thank you for the lesson❤
Which tool do you use teach?
I use Note on Apple
Ion understand the last part where the amount of the n’s are the same ,because the first one it’s from compound interest while the second is from the future annuitie
Sir may you please cover the topic of logarithmic 🙏
I definitely will
Danko ✌
Thank you 😊
🐐
Meeeeeeee… *bleating sound* LOL. Thank you
What about effective and nominal
What about it? Do you want to learn how to convert from one to the other?
@@MlungisiNkosi yes
When i use the other formula the balance is R494 702,61c😁
Exactly and hence the warning
Please start with statistics
Will do
You can use the present value After find for the value N that in this case is 53.67938
👍👏
Why am I getting negative answer 😭
Please check your use of the calculator
Thank you bruh
You are most welcome
Didn't get the same amount
I got the same answer 😩
Please check again. Don’t stress
maybe your n is wrong ... supposed to be 30 instead of 60
😩😩Mna am getting a R- 2563093.955 not R436756. 04
Please check again. I swear I tried this many times
