Sananga is a Amazonian jungle medicine that has been used called upon for ages amongst the tribal and indigenous people of the amazon, and many other cultures of the world I can imagine.
Sometimes, the gateway to clarity and peace is through tenderness and good-feelings, and sometimes it it through pain.
The initiation-like experience of sananga resounds with the latter... its not a pleasant experience, on surface level, but the rewards and depths it offer are great and well worth it in my eyes..
Sananga was/is used to aid in vision questing, but it has also been revealed that, like most plant medicines, it has wondrous effects on eye health dan function!
Despite the initial pain, I actually deeply enjoyed my sanaga experience. I found the pain to be so insightful and it took me to certain depths that were only available in my state of hyper-sensitivity.
The world we see is formulated by just HOW our eyes see the world.
Sananga is a beautiful way to cleanse and clear our soul-windows(eyes) to embrace the beauty and the pain in the world with a a perspective of acceptance, understanding, and passion.
I will definitely be journeying more with this sacred medicine through my life.

I’ve done sananga 5 times as a precursor to four Kambo ceremonies and one 5-MeO ceremony. Yesterday I did my first dose on it’s own as I’ll be working up to a daily morning routine soon! Great video!

The endorphins that are released during a ceremony rewires the brain and connects the meridians between your heart and pineal gland... Oddly enough your wisdom teeth are on both those meridians. Interesting stuff.
