Hey Joe. Happy Sunday. Omg. Huge home. Now see. 3 1/2 baths? Why such a large home doesn’t have 5 1/2 baths? 🫤 Ok. I’m watching. Like the elevation. Like you can enter the next gen from outside or inside. Wow. Huge. Yes Joe. Adult children or parents. It’s a 1-bedroom apt. Amazing without a stove. WHY can’t they put STOVES ? Big bath & bedroom & closet. Stackable W/D. Main house. Open concept. Big island. Pantry. Big dining. Can add another table during the holidays. Covered enclosed lanai. Cut all that down and put a pool. 🏊🏽. 1/2 bath, storage and garage. Good size loft. Big bedroom behind loft. 2 more big bedrooms & a bathroom. Makes no sense in such a large home that 3 bedrooms have to share 1 bathroom. Big laundry 🧺. Primary is massive. En-suite a little dated but nice. Don’t need a tub. Prefer a super shower with seat. Big closet. Great home. But the bedrooms large enough to scale down and each have their own en-suite or at least another bedroom somewhere up there. No reason a home almost 4000 sq ft should have 3 beds sharing a bath. That’s my pet peeve as you see. Have a great week Joe. Sorry for the rant.
