I can relate, lost my father 2020, childhood best friend months after my dad by suicide, mother in 2021, aunt months after my mom, and even more family there after. All that said, pushing it down and entering that cave is the easy thing to do. It’s more comforting than confronting it all. This will be a tough pill to swallow too, but it’s the truth, it’s no one’s responsibility but our own to escape the cave. It’s always helpful to have those supports around you that push you to be the best version of yourself, but ultimately we bare the burden of responsibility. Best wishes on your journey.
