I like that they’re letting Ryan really show his chops for anyone that isn’t familiar with him. Letting him establish his own voice in the band so he isn’t just the guy that replaced Josh.
This is one of the more melodic songs in their discography. I’m not mad at it because it’s very well written. Hoping this record is more diverse and dynamic than their last.
Me and friends love this song, we have to appreciate something that's more melody sometimes, not every single song has to be brutal and with the same breakdowns, sometimes it's really good to listen something different, we can not follow the same patron over and over again, this song is a 9/10 for us very solid!
Hey Birb! Hope you and your family are doing well. Yeah this one is easily my song of the year until further notice. The blend of melody and the song structure was just absolutely awesome. Ryan is a great fit for this new lineup. I can’t wait for this album! 🤘
Love your content/reaction. Keep up the awesome 4:36 work…and this song…well, it’s metalcore at its finest. Gym playlist for sure! God bless throughly.
I was at about a 7/10 as well on my first listen but I found that this song grew on me the more I listened to it. My only complaint is it does feel a little repetitive but that chorus is huge so I’m okay with it here. I’m interested to see where this track falls on the album cause I think it would be a great final song.
Is it just me or did that opening riff sound just like Miss May I? Not sure if it was just the guitar tone or the riff itself. Either way, another great single from these guys.
Mushroomhead came out with 2 new songs. One is called “Fall in Line” and the other is called “Prepackaged”. Then the band As I Lay Dying has also 2 new songs. The first one is “Burden” and the other one is “The Cave We Fear to Enter.” Which u did. Plus check out some of these songs out by Imminence. Some songs like “Continuum”, “Chasing Shadows”, “Alleviate”, “Heaven Shall Burn”, “The Sickness”, “Paralyzed”, “Heaven in Hiding”, and “Ghost”. These bands are amazing. By chance, you have done any of these videos or bands before then I apologize. Thanks ❤️🤘🏼❤️
It's a bit better than you gave it credit for, but I'm just stoked that our metalcore bands are still going strong, no matter what, and they are still striving for improvement and change will staying true to their roots. As I Lay Dying, All That Remains, Trivium, Killswitch Engage, Parkway Drive - All are still kicking ass. What can I say. I love all of these bands and I have so much respect for them. The same goes for melodic death metal. All of them are just still thriving. I'm glad I made the choice to get on this ride 20 years ago, because they are yet to steer us off a cliff. Way to go AILD!
This song is my new favorite for gym cardio. Banger!
An Ocean Between meets the Powerless Rise with a sprinkling of Miss May I flavor
I fkn love it!
I love the old school chugga chuggas with the weedoleedees on top
Good thing its good because they repeat it a lot lol.

What a Song. Love it! 🔥
People can hate all the want, but this new lineup is what this band needed! Ryan fits in so well!
