We do a breakfast flatbread. Cheese, bacon, eggs whisked and cooked into squares to fit better, deli turkey warmed up on the griddle then assemble to melt the cheese. Top with mayo, mustard and red onion.
Nate, thanks for the ideas. I just got my 22” Blackstone last week. Love it. Love it. Did a breakfast pizza on it and man was it delicious. I was planning on doing a pesto chicken and your video gave me great ideas for it. So excited. I do, however, make my own pizza dough and I have a couple dough balls left , so the pesto ranch chicken is one, thinking the gumbo pizza sounds good too. Thanks. Question: Have you ever tried putting a pizza stone right on top of the griddle and cover to bake your pizza? I know it works on a grill.
I have a 22inch Blackstone . Are wind guards available for it ? We have ordered twice and have received two different styles for the two burner griddle and they don't fit !

You think I could eliminate the rack? I don’t have a rack and I tried substituting an Amazon box but it caught on fire. I’m concerned I could burn the flatbread if I toss her on directly. Should I try another homemade rack? Thanks for recipe

If you think about it, the griddle is like a big pizza stone! Just put it on low or on indirect! It could work great!
I can't decide which one looks best so I'll have to make them all !!

We buy ours at Aldi, super cheap and tastes good

Way too thick on the toppings for me. Less is more....for me anyways.
