APPLE PUFFS
INGREDIENTS:
1 sheet of shop bought puff pastry
Two or three eating apples dependent on size
Granulated sugar to coat
Cinnamon to taste
One egg beaten for egg wash
Fan Oven temperature 180°C
Conventional Oven 200°C
Gas Mark 4
for 25 to 30 minutes.
