Oga thank you. If I may add and explain why you chose PPPoE instead of IPoE? PPPoE works on user authentication so your ISP would have to provide you with a login ID and password. This is a standard protocol used by most ISP's. It is a client server base system. IPoE is not a user authentication protocol but it is a fairly new way of connecting to the internet and it only requires your device getting an IP address from the system. Not a lot of ISP's use this at the moment. Good video as it was short and precise.

@@gabrieltetteh5808 loss light means there's a break in communication between the ONT and ISP. Look out for a break in the cable along the line.

It's possible the login details has been changed and in that case you will have to reset the modem to clear the settings.
