It does justify.We are being asked to do surya namaskar as a form of sadhana for our overall well being.It improves flexibility and activates the solar plexus to raise the solar heat in the bodyl. He emphasises the importance of the sun at the same time.

There are some crazy volunteers in Isha centre who don't care to tell the truth. Nowhere does Sadhguru talk about 2 months duration for the sadhana. Why try to promote him trying to give the so called smart titles.
