I just made this ! It’s such an easy n simple recipe n just a 4-5 minute cooking time can produce such a delicious dish. I actually did not hv any spring onions, so I added what I had - lots of onions, a leek and some shiitake mushrooms and it turned out beautiful. Thx you. If because of the smell, you may use vegetarian oyster sauce, otherwise chicken flavoring (powder) helps too. The difference in taste is not vast
