- 材料 Ingrediets:
鸡胸肉 半个,切片
蒜 2瓣,切碎
姜 小块,切片
青葱 1支,切段
Half Chicken Breast , Sliced
2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
1 pc Ginger, Sliced
1 stalks Spring Onion, Particled
腌料Marinade:
酱油 半汤匙
胡椒粉 半茶匙
玉米粉 1茶匙
1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tsp Corn Flour
调味 Seasoning:
食油 适量
盐 适量
1/2 tbsp Cooking Oil
1/4 tsp Salt
做法 Method:
1. 将胡椒粉,酱油,玉米粉加入鸡胸肉拌匀。
2. 鸡胸肉腌制10分钟后,入锅预熟至鸡肉变色,取出。
3. 锅内加入适量的食油,蒜,姜片和青葱,炒至香味出来;加入鸡肉和盐适量拌炒至全熟,就可以上桌了。
1. Chicken breast mix well with pepper powder, soy sause and corn flour and marinade for 10 minutes.
2. Chicken breast pre-cooked until the color change, set a side.
3. Heat up oil in a frying -pan. Saute minced garlic, ginger and onion till aromatic. add in sliced chicken breast and salt to mix well until cooked. Serve with hot.
I have tried 4 times and I just love it!❤

@@johnnyw2593 it's ginger and spring onion. Some would add red onion too. Btw there're subtitles which explains the whole process

When its ginger chicken why do you add garlic??
Garlic use to make more fragrance to the dish, it's optional. Usually Chinese always use garlic to cook 1st, it's a traditions ☺️
