Sir, whatever you may say, BBMP, any other municipal corporation etc don't issue e-khatha without payment of bribes. All the officials concerned are aware of this bribe practice in municipal offices but they do not take any action because they are really a part of this bribe system .

Hello, No DC conversion on the land and the seller doesn't have town planning approval but the seller has BBMP building plan approval ,
Betterment Charges (2005) paid seller valid A Khatha(PID) documents along with valid sub registered papers.
Will there be any problem in future if we purchase this property when the house will be demolished and get approval for new house construction ??
