Hi, Thank you for watching 😊I currently use threads that came with my machine. They were many and they are big. I also use some that i got from Amazon (New Brothread threads). With your issue, I might be wrong but you may need to recheck your threading. I understand you have mentioned that the threading is correct, but I have had the same issue and it was because of 2 different reasons. 1. The bobbin thread was out 2. Upper thread not threaded properly The other reason would be tension issues. But you can always record a small video of the issue and send it to a BAI representative for better help.
Hello I see that your machine does not have the sensor, my sister has the same brand bai but hers does have a sensor and apparently it is not well adjusted, please I would like you to verify if there is a way to adjust the sensor since when checking that the needles do not collide with the ring should be cupped with the sensor to visualize the route well I hope you can understand what I mean. Hi there✋, did you mean the "lesser"? If you meant the lesser, my machine has it but needs a little adjustment. I will make a video when adjusting my machine lesser and post it🥰

Hello Visi, no, i press once and on the top. With the BAI tutorial, when you buy a BAI machine, you are given video tutorials to get you started. Also, when you get stuck, your BAI representative and BAI technicians always help out. NOTE: Some applique material in this video doesn't need a press. That is, the pink applique vinyl. When you use this kind of viny for your applique, you do not need to heat press since you don't need heat and bond for this kind of material. A heat pressing is only needed when you use heat and bond and when you have to use tender touch.
Honestly, I love my machine and planning on buying another when my business grows. I haven't got any issues as it's been running smoothly for almost a year now. When I'm stuck my representative and the whole support team have always been there to help. Try to join Facebook bai embroidery users groups to get more reviews.
