There's no way I'm buying a game from naughty dog after last of us 2 It was such a waste of money and I'm not making the same mistake twice. The writing only focused on surface level shock value and had no immersion with character development or world building. For example, I believe good writing will get a person to a place where they feel like crying, and the fact that I didn't get near that place when Joel died surprised me. I was so invested in that character from the first game. Even a mediocre writer could have made that a much more emotional experience. Then I was forced to play as an unlikable antagonist, which was not an enjoyable experience at all. I just kept letting the zombies kill me cause I didnt care if she lived or died, and after a few hours I realized it wasn't going to return to Ellie and I was going to be stuck playing her for a while, so I just quit playing. And I always finish a game when I start it, so that was a first. Further showing me how much I really don't like this game. And, after watching the ending on Utube, I'm so glad I quite when I did. Bald space lesbian is a game I've been dying for 😂 Naughty Dog is cooked
So because she is bald she's automatically a lesbian? Very stereotypical of you. Also Where is ND cooked? One of the most successful developers under PlayStation.
Says the most cooked man 🤡
I wasn't sure what was worse, the trailer or seeing 5 guys fawn over this slop.
@@Oxlorne Great thing about opinions, we all have different ones. You don't like it and that's ok but others do and that's ok to 👍
@@katieee1203 I appreciate the sentiment and that is fine if this looks good to you. But personally I will never support DEI games. The people making these games hate normal people. Just look at the person who plays the lead. Releasing artwork with her giving the middle finger to people who don't like this crap. With a caption "You mad bro?" Sorry, I want politics and agenda driven people out of my entertainment.

Id say something about this game but this trailer is basically just an announcement with nothing else
All this trailer told me was its a space game and not much else and more annoyed me with how many brand placements are in it
Guess ill have to wait and see what this game is about other then space but otherwise this trailer has kinda left me with no real expectations of what may turn out from it
This wasn't cinematic. It was all in engine
It was still a cinematic, even says so in the trailer. It's just not pre-rendered
Can't believe you wasted your time to be so nick picky.
It's not a cinematic trailer guys..
How is it not a cinematic trailer?
Nobody is questioning how the porsche starfighter which looks like the size of an Xwing from the outsude. But on the inside it has two levels and has a bathroom and a huge cockpit
Sir did you question how we might not have seen the whole ship
SONY ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
The brands are concerning, but depending on how they're presented in game they'll hopefully fade to the background. just please dont let addidas design a costume again.
I assume they need the extra income aswell as sales revenue
@@mclarenrob2 ur insane if u think the brands are adding to the budget, sony is writing blank checks for naughty dog. its world building
The way they are showing it makes me think it's apart of the story, not just product placement. Kind of like how companies today are pushing space travel and will be a very large part of paying for us to go into the cosmos.
By the way many games and movies use product placement with little to no fanfare
@@sampson3121 I think it also adds to the atmosphere of the decade. We sometimes forget how much brands take a huge portion of our culture with them, like in Back to the Future where they think the main is called "Calvin" because he has a Calvin Klein boxer.
For anyone who has played Naughty Dog games... they have multiple characters that cherish nostalgic items from the past. It wouldn't be surprising if this character did too.
After The Last of Us Part 2 and many other small things they have been doing, I don't trust Naughty Dog anymore, I will wait until I see more and maybe even after release.
As for the main chaaracter, my main problem is that she looks a bit too much like Aang for my liking and not unique enough.
What are your favorite games in the past five years?

Didn’t realize this was the girl from Last of Us 2 for a cinematic has me interested gives a Cowboybebop vibe
According to the games own director it was inspired by Akira and cowboy bebop
Which girl? The main character Jordan? She or the actor isn't in TLOU2. However... the actor, Tati Gabrielle, IS going to be playing Nora (a character from TLoU2) in HBO's The Last of Us S02.

The game itself looks really well made and the characters look cool af, I just don’t agree with Druckmann bc he’s a zionist. I dont like bigotry in any form.
Totally agree, this universe looks really great from the little we've seen. I hate Druckmann, but I love Naughty Dog, the work they put in their games is astounding.

TBF the song, it's a sin came out in 1987, so it was almost there so I don't really getting the frustration If I'm honest.
There's no way I'm buying a game from naughty dog after last of us 2
It was such a waste of money and I'm not making the same mistake twice.
It was such a waste of money, and I'm not exaggerating when I say the worse game I've ever played. There's no way I will buy a game from them again.
Interesting how people can have such different experiences with the same thing. It's the best game I've ever played.

@Luz4SiKio I don't have very much available time for games but I've played a few of these, both RDR games are masterpieces and I'm currently in the middle of Ghost of Tsushima which I'm enjoying. But for me personally TLOU2 was something else, aside from really liking the gameplay and the storytelling, something about it stayed with me for long after I'd normally forget about and move on from other games, it felt like when I've put down a great book. But anyway, each to their own... and I can't play FPS games, they make me dizzy!
