8)Without Shukra in chart one dies to lack of release of necessary hormones like insulin, oxytocin , etc.
9) Doesnt one need a good moon to absorb all happiness venus bestow?
10) I dont think Shukra is more Spiritual than Jupiter. He always uses his knowledge for Gains of his community not for betterment of society . He never taught demons to be Prahalad, but always Like Bali.
11) Shukra exalts at 26 degree in revati(literally meaning wealth) nakashtra in Pisces, rest it needs many support. 12th house is also house of luxury, spending(like malls), getting lost in fantasy , dalishness, bedroom , sea (Goddess Laxmi in our and Venus in rome both emerged from sea) etc... i think these also play major factor in exaltion.
13) Astrology is measured by precise position of heavnly bodies in sky, that Rahu do, so please credit that too.
14) Isnt Ketu makes us coming back as it keeps all account of what we did in past lifes and clean it.

And the question you asked, that happens because wherever any planet get in 12th house, you get loss by the planet and you also lose that planet and you get loss of that planet.
Like one having mars in 12th activated, while having 1st house afflicted have chance of getting serious blood loss.(loss of planet, mars represents blood)
Or you have use work yourself to get work of your sibling done. (Loss due to planet, mars is siblings )
Or you buy gym equipment (loss by planet)
Thus when in 12th, in few case : you lose relationship , female, marriage
And humans dont like to lose .
And venus having both teacher aspect, now put you on path of spirituality. Can also make you study harder to be Ias(😂 if sun allow ) But can also become substancem addict etc, both spectrum are their.
Also Venus in 12th for some reason become good politicians, perhaps due to wide vision.

Venus is exalted in pisces because venus is the planet of enjoyment and 12th house is the house of bed pleasures and expenditure and you can spend lavishly only if you have money, pleasure is the ultimate goal of venus which is why sex is so pleasurable but if afflicted by rahu than it becomes excess
