His exalted planets owned worst houses. I think a dignified planet (exalted or own house) is much better than a debilitated one in general. Swami vivekananda had a 4th house Mars. Most people assume he is Sagittarius rising. But he was Capricorn rising (I got this detail from genuine astrologer whom I regard highly. He is also disciple of K. N Rao ji). He was one of the gutsy monk India has ever produced. So I don't really fully agree with his opinion in this video. But, yeah.. Mars in 4th house does give the tendency to hold back if it's not dignified. His videos does not take into account of zodiac signs which is very unfortunate.

People having 6th house lord Exalted will have more and bigger problems, but they will have ablity to come out of it and be better. As they will have all good Aspects of 6th house too. Exalted planet will also gives more of its karaktatva thus better overall. Quite contrary having Good house lord debilitated is actually disturbing. But having debilitated planet in bad house is generally good for easier life
