We are back! Thanks for watching guys! I've been sick for a couple of weeks, but uploads are resuming as normal now. Up next: Crisis on Infinite Earths Part 1!
I'm really glad we got Epilogue instead. I always knew about the censorships they had to make for Return of the Joker but the actual film we got and we all know now is the defensive version instead of the one where Joker died by electrocution. Another reason I'm glad we never got that Catwoman film is because the DCAU version of Catwoman is a pretty underwhelming version of the character and to see her back wouldn't have really interested me.
There are other Batman Beyond comics out there besides ' Batman Beyond: Hush Beyond', there are also the Batman Beyond storylines called ' Neo Year' where Batman fought against The Knight Of Gothem, and ' Neo Gothic' where Batman teams up with a Splicer named Kyle who gained supernatural powers from John Consantine after he passed away. I had even seen Bats fought the undead Court Of Owls!
It always baffles me that grown adults, actually foolishly believe, that electrocution was more child appropriate than being shot. It’s actually extremely painful and depending on the voltage and amps, it can actually be an excruciatingly slow death too. I watched the original where Joker got shot and I always get confused whenever I watch the censored version.
It would have made sense that Terry's mother was Catwoman. Terry got into trouble during his younger days and was in juvenile. This explains where he got his behavior from.
While it would have been interesting to see other Bruce Clones made before Terry Im glad we got epilogue though it would have been interesting to see Terry interact with other attempts at a future Batman using Bruce’s dna and how he deals with the fact that he has more siblings
I hate those continuation comics for Batman Beyond and generally they are not considered to be canon to the show but rather a Batman beyond version of the actual comics and I'm really glad because I really hated most of them. I have no interest in returning constantly old villains like Man-Bat, a different version of Hush, or the Court of Owls. Part of what made the show so great was that Terry had his own villains and in the rare instances where old villains returned it made it even more special. Also I completely hated Dick Grayson as a government agent and that one comic where they showed Bruce getting Barbara pregnant and that being the reason Dick left is absolutely atrocious and I consider that nothing but glorified fanfiction. The only Batman Beyond comics that are canon to the show are the ones that were made in the show was on air with the involvement of the actual people from the show.
Neo-Year did a good job giving new characters for Terry to interact and was generally solid, if still non-canon. Its sequel Neo-Gothic threw all that away, unfortunately.

Batman beyond was truly one of kind 25 years
I'm happy we got epilogue because i wouldn't of imagine how the future Terry and Bruce looked among hearing superman is still alive.

I'm a bit mixed on Epilogue but it would be cool if Batman Beyond got another Animated Movie.

Which is sad because I really wanted that Batman beyond sequel because it would’ve been really awesome and tons of fun.

I agree that part of what made the show great was Terry having his own Rogues Gallery. Shriek, Spellbinder, and Inque were some of my favorites.

@GamerSlyRatchet1 I 100% agree. Neo-year was interesting, but Neo-Gothic was such a letdown, especially with what they did to Constantine.
2024 We Want More 3 Seasons & a Movie Animation Batman Beyond and Better Than the Comic Book.
You know I wonder if Return of the Joker have any early drafts of the movie or a early draft script
Did you ever watch the animated film Justice League: Gods and Monsters?
Ya, I did. I thought it was really interesting.
If Catwoman is the Mother, what about Terry’s original Mother from the series? This does not work!!!
