In this action figure toy review we are going to be taking a look at Marvel Legends Deadpool and Hydra Bob, from the X-men Marvel Comics and the up coming live action MCU Deadpool and Wolverine movie.
Over the years, Hasbro Marvel Legends has released some pretty good two packs. The characters usually being a rival, romance or Bromance. Here we have the latter. This is the first two pack reviewed on the channel and i'll admit it was more work than I expected. But it's Deadpool and Bob, so it was interesting. A self contained set that’s fun even if you don’t own any other Marvel Legends.
This may be blasphemy to say to Marvel fans, but not everything has to be part of a larger universe.
More love was put into Bob than a sidekick deserves. Granted; Bob is far too happy to be working for Hydra, but I’d rather an expressive figure like Bob than another neutral one. The smiling head doesn’t match the cowardly demeanor of Bob, but it’s fun. I mean, who’s running around with a pink bazooka or Ninja Turtled themed melee weapons and not having a laugh?
All the hands, weapons and heads, it leaves you wanting even more. Hasbro put a whole lot of love into this two pack. They chose to use the best articulated bodies in Marvel Legends right now, and more accessories than I know what to do with.
