for dough-
Wheat flour -1.5 cups
Sooji -1/4 cup
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Kasuri methi -1 tbsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Ajwain(carom seeds)- 1/2 tsp
Salt -1/2 tsp
For stuffing:
Urad dal - 1/2 cup
Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tbsp
Coriander seeds -1 tbsp
Black peppers - 8
Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/3 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Aamchur powder -1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil -2 tbsp
For Aloo curry-
Boiled aloo - 4
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Asafoetida (hing)- 1/2 tsp
Gram flour (besan)- 1.5 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp\
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Tomato paste -1/2 cup (2 tomtaoes)
Aamchur powder -2 tbsp
Kasuri methi -1 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Cooking oil -4 tbsp
Salt to taste
