After months of waiting, and thanks to a sudden warming trend, it looks like we are going to get this garage demoed and rebuild done before winter (hopefully) kicks in ! #mammothlakes #garagebuild

We did get about 5" of snow last Friday and into Saturday morning. Temps have been hovering around 33-34 during the day since last week, then last night it warmed up to 45+. Snow is gone now. No idea when the local ski area up the road from me will open.
I almost didn't recognize your place without all the snow. Haven't seen it since all the snow really. Will you be doing your balcony too? I bet it got hit hard from last winter's snow... will it hold for another year?
