So I just had a run last night with a similar build. double bloodthorne and poison ivy with a few lamps, trumpet, Heart container, flute and vampiric gloves. Then I shoved as many poison daggers into my build as I could. I literally beat the 1k+ hp double axe zerker build with it. I just WISH I could get that line to be consistent.
