I like to see the tetrising because it helps me be more skilled at tetrising when I play. But if you feel strongly about cutting it for time then do what you will.

Every game that goes on youtube is saved as a 'highlight' before we download and export so thats what you're looking for if you want the material the youtube videos come from specifically
