  • **Info on this build**
I don't recommend this build for Ava unless you're a glutton for punishment, you miss a lot and I had to reload for around 3-4 hours to get it right. I also forgot to click C at the end so I tagged on a small clip from before the fight of the build.
This was a bit of an experiment to see if a combat-focused Juggernaut wearing the Combat Armor MK2 set and using best Blade energy weapon in the game would have an easier time on the Ava fight than the HF & FR builds.
This build struggled really early on as had to save Smoke Granades for the Detroit fight, and I didn't take feats like Artful Dodger or True Grit as I found them pointless for the Ava fight.
The Detroit Gang fight was extreamly tough (is uploaded) but once I got past that it was smooth sailing all the way until I hit the Ava fight.
Once at Ava, the abosulte only way I could hit them with any semblance of reliability was to take the Bionic feat and and add the Eye implant.
At this point I'm not convinced the Spinal Implant or the Gladiator feat are all that useful for Juggernauts, even less so on this fight; but if you want to use it might be worth dropping Heart implant, but keep in the mind any fights with posion Grenades will be harder (Great Mother fight more so).
Also in character creation, I only tagged Computer and Lockpick, then put skill points into Blade, Critical Strike, Evasion & Lockpick; the reason behind this was to be able to attain the cloaking field early (Armory L2 Depot) to balance out the lack of combat tags.
Most importantly though, this would allow us to pass the Computer 8 + Lockpick 10 check to get to the Combat Armor MK2 and the Auger from the security room. On top of this, it allows us to unlock the other Lockpick 10 room in Mission Control to access the 3/3/3 Cloaking Field, which is huge and allows us two free turns of attacks on the Ava fight.
The Educated tag I got was Biotech for the little extra healing and to be able to pass the Biotech 9 implant chip checks.
Lastly the extra tag from overlocking the Neural Uplink implant was Blade.
All tokens barring the last one (which I forgot to use) went on the options that had Lockpick skill.
As this character had Ask Questions Later 3 feat it couldn't pass many speech checks and couldn't do the N-Tab Profiteering or The Apostolic Heights quests (but could steal the card).
Did the following Sneak sequences to get to Sneak 5, but needed Skill Monkey feat still for this, wanted this as wasn't sure if I would make Lockpick 10 without the Sneak 5 places in the habitat.
    1) Armory token 200sp (This had Lockpick included)
    2) Enter the gang hideout via stealth during Mysterious Stranger
    3) Sneak 3 - Steal a Regulator badge from Regulator HQ
    4) Sneak past the 3 frogs without using the electronic alarm to scare them, on the first floor of the Armory
    5) Sneak past the 3 frogs in Hydroponics
    6) Sneak 3 - Steal supplies from Hydroponics Living Quarters
    7) Sneak 4 - Church sleeping couple room
    8) Grab isotope case from Heart Workshop
    9) Grab robot parts from Heart Workshop

So to boost my chances of landing a 'hit', I'm using the Gladiator feat. If you pause at 2:30, you're correct in pointing out that it says 5% (which is highlighted in green), the red is the full miss chance, and the linchpin of the build is the orange highlight, which is the graze chance. To make the build work, I'm using Beserker to reduce Flurry from 10AP to 7AP and Gladiator to increase graze chance at the lower level (to help avoid full misses); Gladiator also increases graze damage by 25%, so with that and Melee Ultra Aggro stim, it increases graze damage to respectable levels. Very few hits actually land or crit in this video when ignoring grazes.
Also on top of this, as stated in the description, this still took around 3-4 hours to get this right. By that I mean i was reloading for 3-4 hours straight to get this done, as I kept missing more often in the other tries (2-3 full misses was a failed try). It was pure stubborness alone that got this kill through, and I don't recommend it to anyone unless you're a glutton for punishment, or just enjoy such things!
